    When I was thirteen I tried a regimen similar to that. After three months I was A LOT stronger and cut, only I hadn't gained any mass.

    I don't see what's so hard to believe about S0LID's claim. I'm 5'10" 145lbs. I could easily do 100 pound barbell.
