    Overreaching and supercompensation does work. Smolov program, Poliquins superaccumulation program, Marine Corps boot camp, Nick Nillson;s programs, etc. Push to overeaching, (most call it overtraining), then back off. You wil definately feel like crap, but rebound is phenominal.
