Anybody try these? My friend at the gym says they're better than steroids and cost waay lest. I have heard also that you can get gynocolegy from them? What does that mean?

I was told that if you get very sore that you are doing it wrong or too much weight. How can you build mussle if you have to stay home cause you are sore?
I have been training for 3 years. I do a fulll body workout 3 times a week. I'm a hardgainer.
SM1- I was also thinking about dballs. And creatine wokrs just as good as steroids. Thats how I gained all my mass.
