well its not literally freezing but its cold enough... 5-10 celcius
there are alot of people that do it as it is supposed to be good for circulation etc
i decided i'd just go in so i went in 3 times
got a bit better each time only bad thing is my muscles felt all tense while doing it.
I was pondering if going swimming while the water was very cold was beneficial or harmful for me?
Its the first day of spring and i thought i'd start my usual swimming routine for summer (20 mins a day) but its like 10 degrees in there! I don't want to kill my self here...
