I don’t have enough knowledge about this, but I agree with @IKO69 that one must have to do exercises regularly and try to keep the pills away as much as possible. And any pills are not good for health in my opinion.
I take Whey protein as an important weapon in my muscle-building arsenal. I also take shake one time to keep my diet balanced along with food. In food I prefer to take organic food.
Wow what a title to the question you have set. “Drink Water like your life depends on it” Yes I agree with @wifehunter because we’re constantly losing water from our bodies, primarily via urine and sweat. So, we have to drink water as much as possible like 4-5 litres per day.
