I went out to a bar last night and had two Heineken 0.0% non-alcoholic drinks. It tasted exactly like a beer, I felt social since I had a cold brew in my hand and I didn't feel nervous "driving buzzed" nor have that "Oh s**t feeling when you see a cop on the road.

If a 195lb man who doesn't drink much has 32 oz of beer in an hour or so he will not be legally drunk but his BAC might be as high as .03 and your basic faculties start to get affected.

The other thing I forgot to mention is that deep down, alcohol is an escape mechanism. It might make you feel good in the moment, but long term it makes things worse and won't solve your problems.
