Most of people use to drink Alcohol in different parties and usually at home.Alcohol is too much dangerous for us its becoming the cause of liver fail and increased fat also.
My weight was above 100 kg because i was having no mind for caring my self,But now i am trying to lose it with making a running plan.Every day i take 2 to 3 miles for running and its covering my weight.
I mostly eat fresh fruits,Green vegetables and avoid all kind of junk food and always prefer home made stuff instead of outside.I guess its best for my health to stay my self on that diet.
