    Thanks for the replys guys, but If I eat as soon as I wake up, should I wait a while before I do my work out? Or just get to it?

    I've decided to start working out in the morning, and everytime I do I get nauscious (sp?) about half way through. I know it's because I have an empty stomach, but I thought you were supposed to wait 30mins or so before you work out after eating. I was just wondering what might eliminate this...
