    It's tough to get into especially if you're not a huge fan of red meat. That's what you'll basically be living off of. Takes a few weeks to get used to it.

    Been on this diet for 2 months now and lost 10 lbs and went down 2 sizes. Most effective diet I've been on! Doing mostly strength training during the week and zero cardio. My heart races from lifting heavy.
