Cool, I didn't think they could lie about the ingredients and amounts. Its a relief to know that at least that's true even though most of the other claims on the label are probably BS.
For my example I was thinking of Designer Whey which has 18 g protein per 24 g scoop. No pills.
My friend is telling me that labels on many or even most nutritional supplements contain fake info about things like the number of calories, protein grams, etc. I don't believe him.
I think a label claim like "Use to promote muscle growth" or "Has been shown to increase testosterone...

It sounds like taking protein supplements would help. Maybe mixing whey protein with milk would help. Just make sure you're getting at least 1.5 gram per pound of body weight per day- and this is pretty much impossible without supplements.
I've read a lot around here about alcohol being bad when you're trying to gain muscle and lose fat, but why is this exactly?
