    ok so i have no gym equipment only 15 lb dun bells im 125lb and 6ft quite skinny. i need a routine to build up some muscles preferably on my arms and abs . i need to know what to eat and what to do. thx

    yea but i only have 15lb weights and the resistant bungee ropes. i dont have the whole bench and all that kinda stuff .
