I also recently bought a Body Fortress brand; Mass Gainer. Quite a bit of carbs and sugars but, for 17 dollars (on sale).. beat the hell out of spending 40-100 bucks at a supplement store.. Taste pretty good too.
Some people I talk to will get a regular Whey Protein powder, then add things like...
I like to do push-ups as a warm-up before my upper body workouts, though like any muscles you do need rest and recovery. On the other hand doing push-ups with just ur body weight wont really be taxing on your CNS...
I'd say this, if your doing push-ups everyday and you start loosing strength...
Some things off the top of my head...
Maybe you need to drop the weight a little bit, focus more on the movement and the muscle.
Switch up your sets/reps. if your doing 3 sets of 8, try 4 sets of 12 or 3 sets of max reps.
If it hurts, STOP! Either your doing the exercise in-correctly, going too heavy or the exercise isnt meant for you, pick another. Sometimes, there will be some pain and you just kinda push through it and go on with your training. Depending on how you feel.. maybe you need some time off to heal...
Here is how I lay it out. After I Squat, I pick a compund pound movement that I believe will help build my Squat. I pick a moderate weight and do a few sets of 6-10 reps. Then I follow up with a few muscle building exercises to train the muscles that support the main lift...
Examples..

Depends, are you looking to compete? Are you a Raw or Equipped lifter? Are you happy with your numbers? Are you progressing? Everyone's strength level is different. I dont have your numbers but, sounds good.
You know, I've always ate what I wanted, smoked and drinked for years... I'm not over-weight or have any major health problems... I think today's society is too into some fad about being "healthy" going "green" and whatever the fvck else people are buying into. I think just about anything is...
Its simple... Eat Less, Eat cleaner foods, higher protein diet.
Do some cardio; Sled Dragging, Prowler, Walking, Jogging, Hill Sprints, Tread-Mill ect..
Weights: Lighter weight, higher reps, shorter rest periods.
My two cents! Good Luck.
I've dated two women from work. Long story short... Neither worked out. I've had people in the past recommend I shouldnt date women at work. But, me being young, horny and not giving a sh!t - didnt listen and crashed/burned later. And when the relationship doesnt last, guess who you...
It sucks to get dumped, we all been there. Its not your fault, you dodged a bullet! I cant recall any successful man in history who married their first love.. Usually its a few women down the road. Anyways, failure does not equal being single. Think about being stuck in a un-happy...
Sorry, I didnt read all of your post, but after the first few paragraphs I can relate... I once dated a woman who was a year older than me and tried to bust my balls about her being a year older.. I thought we were out of high school at that point  Gave me some speech about how she...
Its just a part of life man, not everyone is attracted to one another. Not all couples are compatible with each other; not all relationships last. Even guys like Brad Pitt have been dumped.
Move on to the next one, I bet she will be all over you!
If you see a girl you like, ask her to join you. It is that simple. Most girls are shy when they really like you and are afraid to ask you! This is why you, the "Man" has to do the approaching. Good Luck!
Don't take her back.. See how easy it was for her to go and sleep with someone else!? She is not that interested in you, or atleast isnt serious about being with you. She wants to have her cake and eat it too!
Find a girl who actually likes you, find one who likes to give and isnt taking all...
