Right now I'm 5'10'' 215 lbs, not sure what my body fat % is but I would like to loose 25-30 lbs I lift weights 5 times a week, I do 4 sets of each exercise 6-12 reps, as much weight as I can. For cardio I do 30 mins on the treadmill 3 times a week using intervels, and play half court basketball...
