I've noticed a lot of people have had difficulty completing the 6 month task, so I wanted a plan that broke this task down into smaller intervals. Here's how it works. The experts say that it takes 21 days to break a habit...so we're gonna go for 21 days then after the first 21 day period, you have a choice to opt for a second 21 day period, then after that the third and so on. After each option you'll start back to Day 1 and label it 2nd option, 3rd option, whatever option it is and go all the way to 21 again. The options must be consecutive or you have to start over at period one. Feel free to log your experience in this thread and also extend support to others (not judgement, guilt, or pessimism). During this period of no masturbation you may have sex as often as you like . It is not recommended that you watch porn as it may hurt your mission but it is not prohibited.
