Men, Be Courageous, improve your shortcomings and talk to women, its not really that hard.

Point being, one size does not fit all. just like we have different looks, our brains are different. one man is 6'2" while another is 5'. The same goes for our mind and brains. One has ABILITY in an area that another does not.

Just as we can not teach a 5' man to become 6'2" we can not teach beyond ability. There has been work to adjust mental ability with psilocybin, that is beyond the topics of this forum. So, just as we can train a 5' man to perhaps have a dead lift of 500 lbs, we can not train him to be 6'2". The same applies to understanding and processing social behavior. We can teach a man what to say and do but we can not teach him how to read the feedback so he can make the correct second step. This ability a very complex set of processing that occurs and is controlled by how the neurons connect. This is where we get lost and many men get frustrated. This is a skill that is innate. Those that have the skill, believe others also do and do not appreciate the blessing they are born with.

RP does a good job of teaching men to improve body, emotional control, looks, wealth. But game... most of game is innate.

All is not lost, the first key is to not expect to develop skill that is innate in others. Instead, be amazed at what you/we can do and walk tall. Coaches, don't insist something is easy, just because its easy for you or you heard it second hand that is it easy. Figure out what the student is good at and build from that. The confidence of success, will bubble over into creating attractiveness.

The fastest way to failure and low self esteem is to expect our ability to be the same or better than another. ESPECIALLY when it is an innate skill such as ability to read emotions and behaviors of others.

Most women will be more attracted to a physique that has an athletic level of development compared to a guy that has never worked out and carries excess weight or looks like a stick insect.

If you work out hard in the gym as a natural and watch your diet this is achievable for most guys.

The overly muscular look that can only be achieved through steroids or if you are a genetic freak really isn’t that attractive to most women (although some will find it appealing).

My current girlfriend is repelled by too many muscles on guys and her girlfriends feel the same way. She does quite like my physique which is just built on a twice weekly gym routine. Nothing special (I am small boned) but with my shirt off you can tell I work out compared to guys who don’t particularly at my age (56) when most guys have let themselves go and look like Homer Simpson.

I think it’s the same phenomenon as too much cosmetic surgery on women. Too much of anything can be a turnoff.

Working out, keeping your grooming on par, having good fashion sense, wearing cologne, being able to carry a conversation, having confidence and a sense of humour and understanding game/female psychology are all things most guys can work on even if you aren’t that gifted in the looks, height, status or money department.

Where I come from people know how to say please...

Elegance:

• Good posture, proper dressing, excellent manners (e.g., table manners), grooming (e.g., haircut, trimmed nails, brushed teeth, and trimmed beard), speak eloquently, emotional intelligence (e.g., reading the room) etc.

Sensitivity to detail:

• Eating properly, clean car, fresh sheets, conversation pieces, tidy backyard, nice BBQ, groomed dogs, clean shoes, music, indoor plants, books, home decoration, jewelry (necklace, rings, earrings).

Coquettishness:

• Telling her or insinuate things such as "if I was trying to seduce you, I'd do things differently" or "the way you smell/your perfume should be prohibited" and change the subject.

All the advice Youtubers give to look good are actually feminine traits.

I came here when I read rationale male. It was good in the beginning like 3 years ago, but then snowflakes like you started to join and complain.

I'm 5'6" and when I started to get results putting in the work, I realized I surpassed 90% of men, cause competition is easy as you can see in this post. Now I'm here when I'm bored and to laugh at posts like this one:
