Any woman who throws a hissy over her man making a conscious effort to learn how the opposite sex/life more generally operates, isn't one worthy of said man's TLC. Especially when women themselves provide each other with such counsel

These new video banner ads across the bottom are fvcking ridiculous. Showing an ad is reasonable, but they never stop. It's nearly impossible to look at a static screen to type while a video plays constantly. This is horrible web design. Everyone's got bills to pay, but other sites aren't nearly this sh1tty. If all you care about is money, driving people away with incessant ads is counter productive.

Concur with @Bible_Belt . The "x" to close the incessant ads are so close to the Clickbait arrow that my finger hits the wrong thing sometimes. I'm sure I'm not alone in this.

I get that the site isn't free. There's got to be a less intrusive way.

At the end of the day, we're just another outlet for someone to make some extra money. Nothing wrong with that though. If any of the old-heads leave, some newbies will just join and balance everything out.

At least, we currently have the freedom to make a post criticizing the use of ads on this forum. Most other forums I've used in the past have a rule against making posts about the ads. Don't get any ideas now .

I like soft women. These ads come across way too aggressive to draw any the type of attention from me that they’re aiming for. A blank space would get more clicks from me than those ads.

Wouldn’t mind if this site advertised fishing gear, timeless fashion, tech, science and business events. Things that actually draw my attention, but maybe I’m just the odd one out over here and outside the target audience.
