The majority of physicians are married men. A good amount of them are blue pilled. She's likely to find men who are husbands to other women and not likely to approach her. It is going to be inefficient for her.

I think what she's doing (presenting herself well in public) is likely to be more productive than men who walk around paths, city streets, and parks looking for approaches. If she were do it in more places than just a hospital, she would find dates or a boyfriend faster than the typical man who does non-bar approaches in most cities.
