I can forget my Ex easier than the girls that rejected me or that we just go a date.
For Example I get a girl a coffee, We talked about 6 hours. That was awesome but after a few days girl said You are younger than me.
I wanted her "dont try to be polite just tell real reason" and she said I enjoyed but I didn't feel something to you like crush or something.
So Now I everyday think her when i log in Instagram. Yes we are still following each other.
He followed one of my old friends(Probably they saw each other in a random place) but I feel bad with that. Like She loving someone but that's not me.
She didn't have Instagram highlights when we were talking, but now she added a few photos and I still look at it and sigh.
How can I fix myself?
It's because like I don't talk with girls too much but I don't know how to do that.

Spin more plates
I know but i don't know how to do that. There isn't too much place to socialize in my town. I Can't find new people. I found that girl on Instagram.

You might need to move to a more populated metropolitan area.
I know but I'm here for my University. and Med school is 6 years in Turkey. So I'm here for at least 5 years.

If you're in med school then now doubt that your peers (and in particular, women) are more focused on their studies than socializing dating, etc.. . I can understand why your options are a bit more limited than most in your age group.

If we're all truthful to ourselves, we've all gotten hung up on some girl and deep down, we knew that it didn't make sense. The more that you're able to meet other girls, the less likely this will repeat itself. It's something that has happened to us all.

I'd suggest that you do some internet searches for activities near your area. Even if it seems uninteresting, you at least get out of your comfort zone and that's a good start. Maybe doing some volunteer work would broaden your social circle.

First of all sorry for my english I will use a little bit Translator.

The girl I'm talking about is not at Med School. Actually, I know that she doesn't focus on her studies sometimes because I see her with others.
The only thing was that the girl didn't feel anything for me, but this was different. Even though I'm normally a fun person, dates would be boring or we wouldn't even get to the date stage.
But this girl was so fun that we just chatted for 7 hours.
We was like buddy but she was a very beatiful girl :D (This can be the problem... We didn't flirted.)

It kind of bothered me that now she rejected me, edited her Instagram Highlights, and maybe stalked an old friend of mine.
When I told her to stop making excuses she honestly told me she didn't feel anything and I just accepted it.

Actually, this is part of the problem. I didn't want to miss such a girl because it was the first time I saw her. I live in a small city. Besides, I wasn't very good socially either. So I messed up trying to meet girls. Now we don't talk much to people in my class.
There is no environment to meet other people at school.
Everyone is sitting in a cafe with their friends.
I looked at clubs but couldn't find any suitable for me.

The club scene is really no place for intellectuals. When I was your age, I did it, but had to drink myself silly to lower myself to their wave-length. I get it. At your age, girls of substance aren't very common. If you're in school, you don't want a morning hangover messing with your studies.

It's been so long since I was your age that I almost forgot one line that I'd occasionally use in the clubs. If I saw someone that didn't look like the pack, I'd walk up to her and say "do you find this environment as pretentious as I do?" Usually, I'd receive a glare, but once in a while, you'll find a girl that is only there because her girlfriends invited her to be there.

A lesson that I learned the hard way... is one you might be learning at this moment. Although you might have a million things to talk about to an interesting female, it's best to be reserved. Let them do most of the talking. I once thought that connecting on such a level was a good thing, but it takes away the male/female tension and is a road toward "I like you just as a friend" avenue.

Actually there isn't any clubs in my town. Also I hate this places. I just go 1 time and that was like "I dont't belong this places"
I tried alcohol but I hate it man. I tried not to vomit.
I don't have too much money I can go a big city with bus and maybe order a girl beer but as i said I hate these places. I like making activities even we just play FIFA. But if i just sit and speak I bored toooo much.
This one of the my main problems. I already live in a small city and I don't know where to know new people.

Also As you say We talked too much with this girl. and Now we became friends.I even told her that I got a nude from an old friend. :DDD

Normally I will let them talk but what should i do if they aren't talking?
Should I think she don't wanna talk to me and just let her go?
For Example there is a girl in my class. I was tooo slow at first but now I try to talk her. She just talks if I try. She didn't even say a hello if i don't say.
In this case i should let her go i know.

Soo I should go and talk someone to know each other and I shouldn't talk too much. Why is she talks to me? I came to her. I don't know this thing.

Why are you with a girl you just met for 6 hours?
