What's your opinion on the following professions?
Would you consider this type of profession compatible for a long term relationship with a girl, or is it too risky?

if you are looking to settle down and start a family then you are totally correct, these are not the types of women to be seriously considering. You have to seriously ask yourself what it is you are looking for and implement a plan in order to get it. If your goal was just for something casual, it doesn't matter lol. However, given your goals it would make absolutely no sense to try to "wife up" a bartender or flight attendant. A server I don't see as a red flag IF she is not working at some breastaurant like

the issue with being a flight attendant is that she will always be gone for work. IF I wanted a relationship, let alone a family, a job like this is a major obstacle. How do you expect to seriously raise a family if your wife is going all the damn time lol? What's the point of even being in a serious relationship if she is always gone lol? I'd rather have a gf that I can have sex or spend time with regularly than say maybe once per week or less. I also could see where she is actually home but always tired or fatigued and never wants to do anything, I think it would get old fast. I'm not even elaborating on having a family, you'd basically be doing all the work and would probably get burnt out.
The typical Monday-Friday day shift working white collar and blue collar male is going to have a difficult time dating any woman in any of these professions. Their schedules don't align a lot of the times. Waitresses and bartenders are working nights and weekends. That's the time in which a day shift worker is going to want to be spending time with a girlfriend. It's possible to have a casual sex time situationship with women in any of these professions with enough patience and a good abundance mindset.
The typical waitress (breastaurant excluded) is probably the most dateable of the 3. She might even have some feminine attributes as a not over educated careerist woman. If a man can get past the scheduling issues, then he has the potential for a decent girlfriend. A Hooters or Twin Peaks type breastaurant waitress is going to get hit on all the time and a man is also going to have to be ok with her showing off her cleavage/butt for attention. There are even breastaurants that bikini bars where women serve/bartend wearing G strings and you can fully see their buttcheeks. That's showing off even more than Hooters or Twin Peaks. Casual sex with a breastaurant worker or bikini barista might be fun and a thrill. The shelf life of that arrangement is questionable.
Regular bartenders are often similar to breastaurant workers. Many female bartenders dress sexy. A female bartender works late nights and might work at a nightlife venue surrounded by Chads. In addition to the Chad patrons, you'd also be competing with the bouncers who are big, muscular guys for her. That's tough competition. Some guys can handle it, others would not able to handle it. A bartender in a mediocre bar or a subpar dive bar may see less Chads, but her overall environment might not be good, in addition to the late nights and presence alcohol and possibly drugs.
Flight attendants are probably the most difficult because of the heavy travel schedule. Waitress and bartenders typically don't travel a lot, so they are at least present in the same city as a guy most of the time. The travel schedule doesn't permit much in the way of normalcy. The best fit partners for flight attendants are pilots.
