Unlikely. Look at him prior to PUA. He was a guy in his early 30s with a decent status job writing for Rolling Stone. Despite his degree from an Ivy League school (Columbia University) and an above average journalism job, women still thought he was complete shiit.

But then again, he does not come from the same background of someone swimming in that in their teens and getting into trouble. I think most Gen-Xers and Old-Millenials on here were not popular kids growing up and got into game at some point later in their lives.
