I would think females like them because they are fun and exciting. Sometimes they get attached to them, and that's when they turn on them and attack them.

I agree with all of this. It is good for a man to be considered a fukboy, but it is typically a term used for younger men. I've rarely heard of that term being applied to men 35-50.

Generally, I do not think it is a good use of time to go after older women, but I can sort of excuse it before age 25. Once a man turns 25, he's older than enough women to only date women younger than he is. Even if she's something like 2-3 months younger, that's still younger in one's mid-20s.

It's more difficult to go 5+ years younger. There's a reason the typical age gap in most couples is something like 1-4 years.

I think there are so many factors that go into that. SMV of each person, baby rabies, desire for a Disney fairy tale wedding, her friends/family influence, money, age. The only thing for sure is the more impressive you are in her eyes, the more she will tolerate and longer she will wait.
