You better have a top notch Instagram profile. That means you must have only professional quality photos showcasing muscles and lifestyle (lots of travel pics and fashion), and have significantly more followers than you follow. Aim for 10,000 followers minimum. It also doesn’t hurt to have a blue verified check. If you don’t fit these criterion IG is a complete waste of time for sourcing women.

In the past couple months I've really lost a lot of bodyfat. I'm making a big push in the gym with the olympic lifts and I'm bicycling more than 5 miles almost every day. Still with the prospect of approaching I do indeed think that it would take several years before I saw any meaningful result trying to run game that way. I still believe that warm approach would suit a guy with my personality better but I still have no outlet to do that, and there's still the problem that I have literally no experience getting dates with women I've initially met irl. The fundamental problem remains that I only ever learned to use apps to meet women and now that they no longer work for me I'm flailing.
