I do sometimes shake my head at some of the statements and shibboleths some posters perpetuate on this board.

It makes me wonder how rooted in reality some folks are that they hold such polarized talking points so close to the heart.

Sometimes I just get in the mood to take a mfer out and let the Kraken loose, but mostly I sit back and watch the circus of imbeciles arguing the finer points of whatever asinine trope about virginity or body count they’re latched onto.

I’m sure there is more than a handful of us that do.

Fair point.. I don't think there is anything wrong with being cautious of a girl who has been ran through, like really ran through.

But if she does have a body count, but you are getting the king treatment, then why let it bother you.

Single digit ... Firstly, there's a HUGE difference between 1, 4 and 9. Secondly, you make it sound as if a digit is as innocuous as an ice-cream cone when in fact there's a whole story and lessons to be drawn from each one. For instance, is that digit that we split hairs about an ONS? That tells a lot about that woman ... basically she's not wife material ... that is unless you're willing to deal with a woman with serious issues and you're willing to do paternity tests every time she gets pregnant.
Is that digit a failed relationship? Again, a lot of useful information ... who was the guy, why did it fail? Was it an extraordinary circumstance or part of a pattern and you'll be the next addition to it?

That is basically the law of marginal returns. It comes a point where the difference between high numbers is neglagible.

This whole thread reeks of insecurity, as well as being disingenuous. What I mean by that is let’s face it, not many men are equating sex with love either. For me anyway, the love connection comes with the non sexual stuff, the emotional intimacy so to speak, the quality time or whatever one’s love language is, and then the sex becomes loving. I think it’s unrealistic to expect otherwise.
