I just realized that I have low T levels. I'm going to change a few things and get tested again.

Nothing about your testosterone is low. Do you not know how to read charts ?

It's not low according to those reference ranges, but my total and free levels are low for my preferences.
Not sure your age but I wanted to have super high test growing up as well.. then I learned its not about how high your test is.. We all have a range where we feel thebest/have the best libido/sleep/mental clarity/ stable mood, etc.. If it's purely for muscle growth, then yeah having high test can really help with that.. but so can other compounds as well.. which I don't recommend using any of them. Not worth what that stuff does to your kidneys/liver/thickening walls of the arteries around the heart.. Not to mention if you don't have a pharma source for sh.t , you're dealing with UGL's (underground labs) that can be putting whatever synthetic bs in your sht and using you as a lab rat.

If you do want to know some supplements I've used and which did help raise my test growing up, I can give you a list of 'em though.

Tongkat Ali is the only one I would trust with a human study...and only the brand name used in the study which I can't recall.

600 TT is a good number, OP what’s your age?

In fact you numbers are smack dab in the middle of the reference range. Are you experiencing any symptoms?

I feel like crap and don't have the energy I used to. I'm 39. I'm pretty sure it is stress related though. I'll bet that my levels will go back up in a matter of a few weeks. I'm going to get tested again to make sure though.

That won't qualify you for TRT tho thru a doctor.
I'm not looking to get TRT. In fact I'm trying to avoid that as long as possible.

I suspect that my T levels are coming back to normal as my stress level is getting a lot better this past week. I would like to avoid TRT as you know that would shut down my own natural production. I do take 800 mg of magnesium taurate, among other vitamins

You should also test for estrogen levels to get the whole picture. Testosterone is only one side of the coin. And get a decent male doctor who knows his ****, is not a feminist and can give you educated information/advice.

I've met many people who thought the solution to their problems was TESTOSTERONE. Not saying thissi you but you're looking at testosterone as if this is responsible for your problems when I can tell you IT ISNT, just based on your labs alone.

You're facing issues and basically pointing at the wrong thing suspecting it to be a culprit. I'm pretty sure you're probably depressed or something and don't realize it. Also why didnt you run a full blood panel, you can be vitamin deficient, mineral deficient, etc.. You need to not just take a hormone panel.> Thees like 6-7 diff reports you can test with bloods brother. I mean sht you need to check your lipid levels, vitamin, mineral levels, your thyroid hormones, insulin, blood sugar levels, a1c, etc etc. theres tons of sht. Just tell them next time I want a full blood report to check EVERYTHING

It frustrates me how people can be so stupid to think Testosterone is the only thing that relates to our health and energy levels and sht. its pathetic at best.. But I dont blame you, I blame the world of medicine these days.

I agree that taking a full blood panel would be a more logical thing to do. I also tested for a few other factors as well, other than testosterone. Everything goes together, if there is a problem in one area, it will show up somewhere else. A depressed person will also have lower testosterone for example. I will test again in a few weeks out of curiosity, after changing some things in my surroundings and I'll bet that, that alone will raise it significantly.

easiest way to get them up, is to start exercising regularity

but exercising regularly also helps with other stuff as well, like firmness and length of erection for example. Not to mention that you will increase your smv

what is important though is not to start going to the gym to bulk up. Women actually do not like bulked up guys. 10-20% body fat is the ideal one to have for women

You mean women don't like these type of jacked body? The copium is making you write nonsense, stop it

it is not about what I like, more about what they like :)

plus that guy is on steroids

natural guys always have the shoulders bigger than the arms

if you think that women are dumb, think again. They are way smarter than guys are when it comes to stuff like this

That body gets you the one night stands from women and the respect from men but it may seems as a threat from both in terms of loyalty and danger.

Yeah man, this sounds more logical but still, it doesn't seem like you're understanding that, your test numbers are GOOD. Like they ar egood. Total Testosterone is not even a great indicator. as Majority of testosterone cannnot be utilized by the body. Its Free Test taht really matters.. and you're in a good range for both! So now its time to look at OTHER FACTORS.
