Personal development gurus talk about the negative effects of pornography on the brain. The fight against instant gratification and how damaging inadequate dopamine levels can be to our health.
I have been changing several habits, I have improved my sleep hygiene a little, I have reduced the anxiety that I suffer by limiting my caffeine consumption, for example.
The problem is that these last few weeks I'm more excited than usual. Therefore I am masturbating more frequently. A normal level I would say, once or twice every other day (long ago I could go months without masturbating and absolutely nothing happened)
That's why my query, do you consume pornography? How often?
Obviously it's ALWAYS going to be better to have sex with real women, I get that.
