@Jake_Gyllenhaal69 Is right. A dry spell of years, or even a decade, is a very long time for a man but there are many easy solutions to this. One, unless you are incredibly unattractive, which I highly doubt, it's not hard to go to a bar and approach some fat and unattractive woman or go hit one up on a dating site or app. Sure, she may not really be what you are looking for, but if your goal is to break the dry spell this is an option. I personally wouldn't be down for something like this but have considered this. Another option is to just hire professionals, it's straight to the point and you can get what you want with no hassle, also can land some hot women this way. Negatives would be that it can be an expensive hobby, potential std exposure and possibly getting scammed or robbed or walking into a sting operation if you walk into something like an idiot.

When you say incredibily unattractive, I guess you are talking about a 1, however, it would seem like I'm more of 3, but both are still sub-5. Hiring professionals is not a true option with me. I did try it twice and visited three escorts in the space of 24 hours in 2014 and ended up with a nasty spiritual attack which triggered a nervous break-down and put me off track for a solid month (no sex occurred but the exposure with her was enough).
