Different topic than we normally discuss on SS, but IMO completely relevant to the dating and getting laid equation. Never really thought about it much until now, but good to have the discussion. This thread made me remember something @Bible_Belt said here on the forum years ago about chicks coming over and seeing the chainsaws laying around his house. I thought that was awesome! And as I remember, I don't think Bible said the chainsaws c0ck blocked him any. Perhaps he can chime in.

Simplicity goes a long way. Look up "Japandi deco" and you will learn that with very few well-throughout and placed items you can cozy up any environment.

The reality is, women do pay attention to that which is ironic because in my experience some women are straight-up disgusting when it comes to room cleanliness. If you bring an HB8+ girl to your place and it is a mess chances are you will lose points. To them, it simply translates as responsible, not to mention mature and clean.

You do not want to come across as irresponsible, immature, and dirty.

In my world, food, art, drink are important. My kitchen is well appointed with a nice espresso machine, wolf gas range, and stainless steel appliances. Art from across the world in the walls some original. My liquor cabinet is replete, even if I’m a light drinker. Nice bed linens, nice bath towels etc. a real dinner table and chairs, I keep fresh flowers on it.

If you look established it definitely gives off the bf vibes which gets you laid. And if she’s not in bf seeking mode you’re still are a man of class and pride that gets you laid too.

Rugs and picture books make the place more home-y IE cozy. What are the etc things? I'm thinking it's stuff to make it more home-y.

Sure. Of course you should buy stuff you think looks good in yours space. You can start with stuff like below to figure out what your style is. Stores like pottery barn which is a whole home store will often have consultants that will help you choose things as well. I like having nice cutlery as well, plates etc, as I like to entertain, again a chick salesperson can help with this. Just like if you went to a decent men's store there are women that will help you with ensembles. Heck don't know what to wear? Look at the mannequins, the often have tastefully put to gather outfits.

A double-wide, a back 40 and a Cummins Dodge? Women react to affluence and class, no matter where. A well-appointed home will ALWAYS add to the value column, even more than the snowmobile, boat (unless it's a nice yacht) . motorcycles and muscle cars, and cost way less.

That's your experience? It could be a possibility... I just want those who had a lot of experience, and added comfort elements to their living spaces to reflect and analyze to see if there was a correlation or not with lower or higher LMR.

I've had experience with both types of places: a bit unkempt vs looking like a room out of Ikea. I've observed this in other households, too, from going back to different friend pads. Comfort can show wealth, especially if the furniture and such looks high quality. It can relax a woman in safety, but it does not do much about the thing between their legs. I do not say take a woman to a low cost motel to get her tingles going, either [this can work however in certain situations for spontaneity]. Her head should be spinning when she enters trying to figure you out. The bike being in the living room works more than that nice antique lamp you got from Goodwill. As long as it's a motor bike and not a scooter or manual bike. Mountain bike might be an exception.

Upgrading both the interior furnishings and going to a more upscale building can make a difference in preventing LMR. It's very likely men can see seduction improvements going from an average apartment to an above average apartment, even with the same interior furniture.
