Of course. Who in their right mind would want a young pre-wall woman throwing herself at you? What a crazy idea.
I would say your more cerebral, dominant and classy types who run their personal kingdom well and regularly attract the upper 2% of women in looks and character would be disinclined to hang out with 20-somethings.
Here at SS, you have your men who are looking for rich, satisfying experiences, and you have your men who are slaves to sex, which of course necessitates young throwaways. I’ve had my time of that, but I found that this pursuit was an exercise in dissipation. I was a slave to pursuing young pvssy. I overlooked the vapidity of these girls for a brief time while in my 50s but then needed more substance. In the middle here at SS are the majority of men who are learning how to be better versions of themselves and find themselves a better class of woman.
Once a man walks away from the pursuit of high notch counts, life takes on a new level of satisfaction. It’s nice to appeal to all age groups and have one’s pick of the litter.
You live in a different world from me, B. I’m in a mature, meticulously constructed world of abundance. It’s a great position to have earned by taking the hammer and chisel to myself for years and willfully experience the pain of chiseling away that which is not my best self.
Naturally, guys, I have zero interest in debating with a habitually cynical stranger on the Internet (I flick them away like pesky gnats), but I sometimes respond for the benefit of the younger guys to illustrate the fact that it is indeed possible to get oneself out of scarcity and sex addiction, to a well-balanced man who can pick and choose.
But getting back to this particular exchange, the fact is that with age and wisdom (if one develops himself to be wise), comes the ability to see the signals young girls subconsciously send with ease.
But why an adversarial stranger on the Internet would argue with a man about his personal preferences is beyond me.

I read this as an overly verbose rationalization for why you are now forced to date older women. Your are 65, of course you are going to be dating older women. There is no shame in that. But let's not pretend that retirement age women are somehow hotter or more fun to be around than 20-somethings or that you wouldn't be having sex with young women if you had that option. The name of this forum is So Suave, not So Delusional.

As for 20-somethings being "vapid", I have to chuckle. As if older women were not 20-something at one time...or as if their vapidness has somehow decreased with age.

That’s because when you’re older, you are dating older women who are better at sending signals. Women are not born with an innate ability to send signals (a.ka. female game). Just like male game, it’s an acquired skill. Most young women these days have little to no game.
At first read I was like, of course, he's right, older women = more experience = better at sending signals, no brainer, right? Wrong! ;) Firstly, I still remember when I was in 5th grade (11yrs old) how a classmate would flirt with me (touch my hand when looking over a book, giving me certain looks etc). Secondly, the femininity doesn't grow as a woman gets older, on the contrary, most become gender neutral or masculine. We guys are born boys and hopefully learn how to become men...girls have all the feminity they'll ever have by the time they're 16 or so...hopefully they'll retain it as they get older.
