Maybe men should stop going to the gym. I’m serious. Men have made “having muscles” about as pedestrian as stepping in dog sh1t.

at the same time, women are getting fatter. This only appears to make men thirstier. Should we take some tips from women and just all stop putting effort in? It works for women.

Men have competed with each other now, through their own thirst, to a point where women find them utterly ridiculous. Men are out-competing themselves into oblivion for fat chicks. It’s hilarious. Women think it’s hilarious too. Women hate themselves so if you appear to make an effort for women, women automatically view you as a misguided, cooked fool.

Women don’t want men who are obsessed with how he looks. That’s faggotry. She wants aloof, cool, confident and authentic. You can’t be that guy if you’re freaking out about gym and sticking steroids in your butt so you can keep up with Zac Efron - most guys are living like this, or aspire to. It’s pathetic.

I go for myself though. Working out makes me happier....literally. Especially a good long cardio session like treadmill fast pace or swimming laps. I recently got into weights again but nothing serious. I am basically retired now so i begin to feel like a lazy slob if i don't get some exercise each day.

For me it would be a woman who is kind,bubbly and family orientated. Yeah Sydney is the Toronto of the southern Hemisphere since we have an over-abundance of men.

I just don't know what location would have favourable ratios besides Nursing courses at universities.

I remember once trying to VolunteerMax - and there some nasty fat chick saying how she always like seeing cute guys join the volunteer corps; I quickly stopped that type of maxxing. Yes, far-out exurbs are for families trying to EconomizeMax, but if the central city is a bit dangerous and expensive, certain close-in suburbs can be just as good; such places can have a small-town atmosphere, but True Force Loneliness prophet "Roller" Steve Hoca had tried moving to new towns (i.e., not big cities that are used to having folks move in), and he could tell that the men there looked upon every new sausage as unwelcome competition.

People always suggest volunteering and Church, both of which only have old people going to them. I was the youngest person by at least 3 decades.

I feel like most people who give that advice have never actually tried those things out.

In the 20th Century, for a while I was ChurchMaxxing in the sense I would go to the Saturday night single's parties (talk about feeling I was out of options then ). I was clearly the only non-nerd young, good-looking (ShortCelNess excepted) man there, and for a few good years, I was able to score (here, score in terms of getting a girlfriend, not just getting a 1NS, although I got that too ) pretty well on the occasion when the usual harridans brought along a younger friend. However, that well got dry, and about that time I started GeoMaxxing.

My understanding is that today, ChurchMaxxing means "manning up" to a "revirgined" single mommy. Imagine dating such a single mommy and having to MarriageMax just to get that poon?

Let's say age-adjusted she's a hard 8.0-8.25.

Conversely, I see another gal who is about the same age (late 40's - I'm 55), who is not in the same shape as the gymnast, and probably a 7-7.25 IMO, but she's super agreeable, sweet as caramel, smart as brass tacks, less experienced and frankly LFITH (less fraked in the head) than the gymnast.

I consider the lower SMV gal to be of higher quality than the HB8 - who frankly was a hard 9 in her 20s and early 30s and still has guys approach her all the time. The 7 does too, but a different type of guy.

Anyway "quality" is in the eye of the beholder and his ultimate goal.

What type of gymnast? Artistic or Rhythmic? Ever since that Romanian women's artistic gymnastics coach had changed the sport so that those speculative artistic gymnasts whose parents have the body type in which it is expected that the girl will not develop in a feminine way, it seems like there are no attractive female artistic gymnasts anymore. That said, rhythmic gymnasts can have a nice, tight body (it's also amazing that they they can throw the ball or bowling-pin-thingy 20 feet in the air, do something gymnastic for a few seconds, and then catch it).
