I don't know the condition of where you are living, but I can tell you that if these women have never been to your apartment before and arrive to see it a "mess" that this isn't sexy. I bet you would feel the same if you went back to an attractive woman's apartment and found garbage and clothes all over the place. It is a turn-off. Where do you live? here in Florida gold digging is quite common. I see it all the time. You know woman with an old guy. Just read OLD profiles and you can see who's a gold digger with the language they use.

But I've noticed it worse lately. Right before Covid I went out with an HB9. She drove 55 miles to see me. The date was going outstanding and leading up to it as well. Very talkative. Then I mentioned what business I did and after that her whole mood changed. She rolled her eyes, didn't smile anymore and rushed to complete her meal and high tail it. Afterwards the next morning I texted her and never heard back.

I am guessing your date was going poorly already and she had enough at that juncture. No woman is going to do a 180 like that just from hearing what you do for a living. I find it hard to believe you went out with an hot 9 who drove 55 miles to see you. You need to up your game and not tell females that you are a case protector salesman living with his mom. Most females expect more from a 37 year old dude.
