K but if you’re injured?
I take all those, except swap out L-Arginine for AAKG.Try L-Arginine ( around 5000mg a day ) and hit me back. Also vitamin D supplementation and fish oil. And hit me back and say you didn't notice anything.
Junky and crappy diets don't give your body a ton of the things they need, and when you give the body what it needs it performs better.
almost 100%Yes. (Not all.. but north of 90% for professional athletes are taking PEDs)
Martial arts skills are overestimated when it comes to streetfighting.
While for sure it is beneficial when a man knows how to throw punches and low-kicks, a lot of techniques are useless in an uncontrolled environment aka streetfight.
The jacked 220 lbs guy will just steamroll over the 150 lbs whatever blackbelt.
Just like the 170 lbs sportive man will steamroll over the 110 lbs whatever blackbelt woman.
Well i am not a NFL player, just a normal guy. If you are s celebrity, you should know better then to go to stupid places, with stupid people, doing stupid things. That all comes down to situational awareness and how to stay out of harms way.I know plenty of guys that will pick fights with a NFL football player over some bs. They will go an get their ass beat and blame other factors or just make **** up if you weren’t there to witness it. You should feel grateful that you haven’t had to be around idiots like these. In addition, a weapon doesn’t care how muscular you are...
Not true at all. Wrestling alone has saved me in a lot of street fights. If im against someone with no grappling skills i dont care how big he is he will be on the ground with me on top controlling him.
Decent amateur boxers can also **** up guys in the streets way bigger than them. Most people dont even know how to throw a straight punch ffs.
lol... 5'9 with 8-9% bf, 205 pounds and "natural". Serge Nubret was 6'0 with a 200 pound competition weight and 212 pound offseason weight as a pinnacle steroid user. Get the fvck outa here.
This is what im talking about. I recognize being talked to like im stupid because i have dealt with fake natties in real life. I know the game. Fake naturals know that the steroid use isnt the problem, it's their lying. But if they didnt lie they wouldnt feel special or receive the adulation they want from other people.
Right. Low calorie intake is seen to be good for longevity.Having large muscles has absolutely nothing to do with being healthy. It is all just for show.
The top 10 causes of death
WHO act sheet on the 10 leading causes of death. In 2021, the top 10 causes of death accounted for 39 million deaths, or 57% of the total 68 million deaths worldwide. The top global causes of death, in order of total number of lives lost, are associated with two broad topics: cardiovascular...www.who.int
Show me on this list where it says "cause of death = muscles not large enough." The only part of gym that might help you is the cardio. Diet is WAY more important in preventing arterial blockages.
I've known this for a long time and confirmed it by asking several doctors. I will listen to the doctor with the MD rather than the "bro science" gym rat. And you should do.
I don't know if you're being sarcastic.Right. Low calorie intake is seen to be good for longevity.
No I was not sarcasticI don't know if you're being sarcastic.
A good way to be healthy is to monitor your cholesterol ratio of LDL to HDL. Also to get advanced tests on your arteries. For example, you can get an ultrasound on your heart, you can get a stress test where you wear a heart monitor while running on a treadmill, and you can get a "cardiac calcium test" where they can see if any plaque has begun to form in your coronary artery. No I was not sarcastic
Correct. The rule is… pick two:if you look at strongmen of the past - they were big but also fat. It’s hard to be both big and lean without test,Winnie and clen.
This is all you realistically need, it appeals to the largest demographic of women. Most women don't want a guy as big as Ronnie coleman despite what a lot of Gym guys think.I trained constantly - really hard for a year and a half and ate perfectly and all I got was the toned, athletic kinda non professional swimmer look
You do realize women are not going to go up to a guy and say that, right? The guy still has to approach, carry a conversation, charm, get the number and escalate accordingly. Guys who are BAD with women cannot do this. NOTHING will change that. They still have to interact with these women, display good socials skills and emotional intelligence, know what to say, when to say it, etc. Muscles doesn't suddenly solve all of this. It's very naive and ignorant to think it does.
I am not big, not that tall, and put my jacked friends to shame when it comes to getting women. They have focused on the gym, I have focused on psychology. Reading people, situations, knowing when to be mysterious, how to use social proof, mastered being non-reactive, don't chase, smooth talker, comfortable in any situation. You think working out gives you the edge on me? I'm not trying to be a d!ck, I'm just telling you that social intelligence is what dictates how well you do with women. That is the bottom line.
agreed most muscular guys are just fat dudes with strength. In addition, I think most of these gun bros have low testosterone count and are basically sterilizedHaving large muscles has absolutely nothing to do with being healthy. It is all just for show.

You are correct in that "large muscles" have little to do with health however muscle and their strength very much do have to do with health. I rarely take any diet and fitness advice from my doctor, whom is slightly overweight and had a total of 2 weeks instruction on nutrition in medical school. They tow the industry dogma and doctors aren't any healthier than the rest of the population with their "knowledge." Bodybuilders/ Athletes may not use their knowledge in the healthiest ways, but many are masters at understanding and manipulating their bodies for the wanted response. As we age are hormones diminish. As they diminish, we lose muscle mass and bone density (Sarcopenia/ Osteoporosis). This is also a way to get it's nutrients, protein & calcium in lieu of insufficient diet. Eventually, this is not enough so the body starts in on the organs. This is the beginning or the end. So the more muscles and bone mass you have entering later stages of life, the better and healthier you will be. On the "Cause of Death list is Heart disease, Diabetes, kidney disease, and Alzheimer's. Some call Alzheimer's type 3 Diabetes. All of those are metabolic disorders and almost always have the component of insulin resistance within the disorder. Go on PubMed and you will see the irrefutable evidence that resistance training has had a positive effect at reducing and/or eliminating many of these Metabolic disorders. Chronic and extreme cardio ravage the body. It floods the body with stress hormone and suppresses the immune system and breaks down bone and muscle. Many marathoners get flu like symptom after running a race because of this. I'll concede that cardio is good but for most people, walking, sprints, or rucking is adequate. Cardio is for healthy circulation and heart. Cardio should not be a tool for weight loss. Humans were meant to be active. 75-100 years ago, gyms weren't really needed because living life provided the necessary stimulus our bodies required. Your body doesn't give a **** if you throw hay bails feeding the cattle or you did power cleans as long as it's working. But today as life continues to get "easier" we get softer. I'll leave you with a quote from WAPO and a picture I put on another post. world class distance runner (aerobic) vs world class sprinter (anaerobic). Who would you rather follow?Having large muscles has absolutely nothing to do with being healthy. It is all just for show.

disagree to an extent. Once someone has the basics, or some experience, size becomes a factor. Not true at all. Wrestling alone has saved me in a lot of street fights. If im against someone with no grappling skills i dont care how big he is he will be on the ground with me on top controlling him.
