This reminds me of all the dudes on twitter looking for ugly women before the new PS5 comes out hahah.
There are dudes like that. In one way it’s alpha to be able to have balls to do that, but it’s worse than a beta in reality where you submit to an ugly chick, for money.
Not sure what to call it but pathetic.

Hi gents.

This isn't something I've ever come across before. As some of you will know, I'm still quite new to the red pill and wanted to ask a question about one of my friends.

He's the same age as me (34) and has three children with his ex. They broke up about 6 months ago and he's just started dating someone. This particular woman is literally a hb3 or hb4 but has a lot of inheritance from her father when he passed a few years ago (tens of millions).

He's told me he doesn't find her even remotely attractive but he's using her financially as she keeps buying him things, new car, Tag watch, new iPhone to name a few of the lavish gifts so far. This girl is really desperate for someone to love her so has virtually no boundaries or standards for treatment. She is a friend and work colleague of his sister also, which he says made it easier "getting his foot in the door". I personally think it's a bit harsh as this could destroy the friendship between his sister and this girl.

So my question on this is -

Would you consider this an alpha move, to use a woman financially? He was always very beta before and really under the thumb with his now ex. He says that he's doing what he wants now and getting whatever he can get. He's also spinning other plates but this girl is now pretty much his girlfriend as he's moved in with her (rent free).
Its only alpha if he gets her to start buying for his kids...clothing, school supplies/technology for school courses,
sports and hobbies fees/equipment, the children's medical bills/health needs and ultimately if she starts/fills up RESPs for each kid whether they attend postsecondary or not.

He's a leader, a man, if he uses her for his kids' betterment.
No question.

Didn't mention that here yet.

He should get her to get those RESPs in each kid's name anyways....those would survive a breakup, I think.(registered education savings plans) whatever they're called in different countries, I don't know

Who cares what number out of 10 she is? It's the fvck you face not the face you fvck. If fat, she will lose it with enough fvcking. Money will grow up the kids strong and successful, don't be foolish.

In that case he's kinda slave, not ?
Does slavery considered alpha in modern western culture, or if alpha/beta considered relevant in that case

Didn't the friend 'leave his family'?
Is he not going to raise his children to be strong and successful? Does he need to doublecheck paternity on all kids first before using some rich broad?
This guy doesn't capitalise on this opportunity for his little legacies and then in the very next relationship ends up dating an actual Dominatrix who's dirtpoor.....slavery is a moot point

Women do this to me all the time. We call them gold diggers. We speak of them being piss poor quality.

He is no different, he is an admitted gold digger of piss poor quality. When she realizes this she will dump him

In a capitalist society the exploiter is not the slave. The people who sit in these positions ( men and women ) are exploiting the one with deep pockets.

People get attached and hooked to "gold diggers" and can't let go. This happens all the time to men, as they hope she will just "do better".

Would you please help me understand this more?

What are men thinking in this situation?

What are they imagining she might do? What would her “doing better” look like, to a man in this situation?

Is it more some kind of fantasy hope he maintains to sort of rationalize his choices (ie spending on her) or does he genuinely and expect and believe she is going to change somehow?

I couldn't be with her if she's not hot because of money. I don't need money, I have my own resources and have wealthy parents.

But I did have one gf who was showering me with gifts I didn't even ask for. I guess she was trying to buy my love towards her, spending 5000 euros along the way.

Dude is a scumbag, as any self-respecting dude wouldn't do this. When you're dating or just fwb, it's common for each other to buy gifts for others. However, he's being a sugar baby it seems; but what is she getting out of it? There needs to be some balance with any relationship. However, when he pulls the plug, this female is going to fall and enter a breakdown.. Or, she's just nuts.

no, probably wouldn't sleep with a 3/4 if drunk, never mind date, move in. regardless of how well off they are.

not only that, but don';t like f*****g people over like that either, couldn't live with myself. could really upset, screw someone up.

if they were to propose a serious load of money for a one night stand, I'd consider it as both parties know the score, no emotions involved. :D. Not for fun though.

I see it as fairly pathetic. It's the kind of thing a woman would do.

This move is so alpha/beta, a lot of hate in the comments from upstanding citizens grinding hard for ***** with no ROI.

This can only be pulled off by a chancer, it's ultimately a weak move, but a totally weak man can't pull it off.

I don't see anything wrong with a guy receiving financial benefits from his woman, as long as she is consent.

I wouldn't consider that Alpha at all.. that's pretty lame. The reason I work hard, and constantly educate myself is so I can provide for myself financially without the need of a woman. I consider that alpha. I have my own house, my own truck, my own business, I have everything I need. If a woman comes into my life, she is entering MY world, and I call the shots. She's gonna learn real quick that I don't need her for anything, and she can be replaced at any second if she acts up.
Yeh exactly. If he was really alpha, he would have his own independence, not moving in with a women he's not even attracted to. It literally beggars belief.

There are a few guys who can move in the house and not lose alot of "masculinity" or "sexual swag" points, because they are some real scumbags and get all they need and more outside of her, and ignore her. Either that or somehow she has a huge admiration and respect for the guy, plus he's her ideal physical image.

But yes, moving in HER place is normally a real bad move. Your life gets "cut down" and "stripped" in favor of her own.

BUT, the fact that he's receiving financial benefits from her AND staying in her house at the same time will pose a risk of him being perceived as low value in his woman's eyes sooner or later.

But, I've seen for myself such similar cases where the guy is a total *******-macho and the girl still cannot get enough of him LoL.

Anyhow, for us guys who aspire to become the best versions of ourselves as Alphamen, it's stupid to move in with a girl in her place. You'll basically become her puppy.

Like someone else said, this has nothing to do with being alpha or beta. Your friend is a prostitute, pure and simple. Whether that's acceptable depends on your views on prostitution.

As many members have rightfully labeled his behavior, this is not an Alpha behavior whatsoever. Not even a Beta one if we are being honest. This is a low-life we can barely call a male (not a man, cause he is far from it), or even a person for that matter. He lacks decency and self-respect.
