I just don't know if I should take those bulking supplements... As I gain fat super easy! I'm basically eating protein and good fat sources. Some fruits also. And still having some difficult into losing fat.
I think it's the base side of endomorph. But creatine I'm thinking about using it again... It was fcking amazinnnng!!! I was like a crazy monster working out haha
