I think a State criminal arrest is overkill but a city or county ordinance fine would be appropriate. Those don’t go on your criminal record or come with jail time unless you don’t comply with paying them. If you do then you pay and it’s done and over. But of course she is part of the media collective so she will get the full opportunity to ruin this guys life six ways from Sunday.

As much as I believe this guy in overpunished, I appreciate the fact that this events will help to wake up further men to the state of things.

Exactly. We will have to see how this case unfolds. White women would rather a conservative government that upholds white supremacy than an egalitarian equal rights where their "white" status would lower. That's why so many white women voted for Trump. They love the "I can cry that a Black man looked at me the wrong way" and watch a Black city like Tulsa Oklahoma 1921 end up as ruins over a lie, or see an innocent Black boy Emmit Till, be savagely mutilated and and killed and then later admit it's a lie on her death-bed. Feminism and women's rights only seem to attack Black men. Only Bill Cosby went to jail because it was a "Black man and White woman".
This is because it's simply a conspiracy to put more Black men into jail by making up false rape claims against celebrities and portray Black men as making babies and abandoning their families so that welfare will be paying to support the single mother households. All part of the propaganda.

When it really comes down to it, white feminism will only use black women, and women of colour as body counts for their parades or marches, but when it comes to it, they don't give a crap about them and turn a blind eye if they get raped by a white man, especially if he's wearing a badge. Yeah, how about women of colour who are abused by the police or raped inside jails? When it comes to Black women or women of colour, then nobody seems to care about their rights when push comes to shove because they are just good for being used for feminists and are pawns.

When I was a teen, my friends and I were at a carnival, and one of them said, "I think I'll bite her on the ass" and he knelt down behind her and actually did it! This was the 70s. I was so stupid that I didn't know if this was acceptable or not. I was taking cues from my friends about right and wrong, and they were nut cases. Fortunately, I never bit a stranger's ass. I agree, but it has messed things up.

Let’s say a guy and a girl are at home on the couch watching a movie, he tries to touch her, she freaks out, goes to police next day and tells them “I didn’t consent he could touch my breast, he violated me and took away my power.” Guy has to apologize and say it was a moment of weakness and do community service not to get a criminal record.

Now how can any guy make a move on a girl he is attracted to without asking for consent, and not be afraid he will be arrested and charged? Even if gets consent to touch her, she can always change her mind.

Do you really think the court would completely dismiss the circumstances and look at the act in such an isolated manner? I think not.

So yeah, let's say you're at home, in the couch, watching a movie with a girl. There would presumably be some relevant communication prior to this taking place, most likely documenting the context of how she ended up in that couch. She agreed to come over, probably knowing what type of meetup it would be. Meaning it's not unreasonable to think it would be more appropriate.

In general this is what battery is.

1. an offensive touch or contact is made upon the victim, instigated by the actor; and
2. the actor intends or knows that their action will cause the offensive touching.

Note point 2 "intends or knows". In a date situation it's damn near impossible to know that advancing to touch her would be offensive. You'd have to proceed past her objections to be in trouble in that type of context, because at that point you know and you intend it.

So, back to the video. This is different because he must have been living under a rock his entire life to be unaware that slapping a woman (or anyone for that matter) he doesn't know on the a$$ is considered offensive by most people. It would be a very weak excuse to claim he didn't know that.

Even if gets consent to touch her, she can always change her mind.

No higher chance than a woman knowing about your mere existence and slightly disliking you, whether you ever touched her or not. She can go report that, make up some BS story and most likely not get anywhere with it. On top of that she'd risk being charged with false accusations. If it really was that easy to put a man in jail using pure fiction then a lot more of us would have been locked up. I'm not saying it doesn't happen, but reading a news story here and there of it happening doesn't provide a realistic view.

tl;dr Touching a stranger on the a$$, not ok. Trying to touch someone invited for a date on the boobs, totally okay if potential rejection is respected.
