Things are defined by what they really are, not by what someone calls them. An attractive guy who calls himself incel is not an incel just because he says so. Someone who is healthy can't go on extended paid sick leave just because they say they are sick. Someone is not honest just because they say they are. An incel is physically unattractive to the point he can't change it at all or it is unpractical to change (like limb lengthening surgery or cosmetic surgery).

And just being normal is really not enough to count on a consistent sex life as a man. That works if you're a woman. As a man you need to be much more attractive than a woman needs to be, and you either need to be so attractive that you don't need a social sphere or you need a social sphere, which may necessitate being an extrovert who enjoys places like clubs.
