Spaz has actually got me thinking about things. No cheap meaningless sex is not really what I want. The best sex I had of my life was with my ex fiancé. We were madly in love and the sex was like an out of body experience.

I think I have all but given up that I will ever get that again. We called off engagement and split up over three years ago.

I've only read some of your posts on here and I obviously don't know much at all about you. However, it sounds like you've been burned in the past, got hurt by it and at a point in your life where you really don't want to deal with female drama. Also, you are in your early 50s, so those around your age are married, and the ones that aren't are probably not particularly attractive and don't do much for you, which is totally understandable. You probably also have a ton of other things going on in your life, or at least you should, and you just want to get to the chase lol.

As I mentioned earlier, as long as you aren't going to get into trouble with the police and can stay safe from STDs then it's all good. I personally do not think it is healthy for men to go long periods of time without having some sort of female contact, whether that be including sex or not. This is probably doing you more good than you realize but I'm also sure you'd ideally like to find an attractive drama free woman who'd be potential relationship material. However, that is far easier said than done and as you said above seeing escorts is just a band aid/temporary fix.

The only time I could ever see someone having issues with seeing escorts would be if they had never been able to find a willing female partner or if they developed "feelings" for these women.

If it wasnt for the shaming and internalized pressure not to pay for sex, most men would realize that paying has a higher rate of return per money spent and act accordingly.

Personally I dont hit escorts cause my libido is not that high, its complicated to avoid scams and fake advertisments and there are no legalized controlled place for that purpose.

In my late 20s I had sex without paying with girls much more attractive than those posted few pages ago yet I know for sure that its very unlikely that it will happen regularly in my 50s, at that point if my libido will still demand satisfaction then going after escort will be an option for sure.
