@mrgoodstuff How do you feel about those egg whites in the milk cartons like Egglands Best? They seem extremely convenient. Are they less healthy than just me cracking my own eggs? I could write my name on it and keep it in the dorm fridge.

Also I'm really sad that BigDave is banned, I hope he comes back. I was really starting to learn a lot from his threads lol.

And can you really marinate chicken in vodka or any alcohol like the article says? That sounds fvcking AMAZING. Imagine all the different flavors you could make. Is that even healthy at that point though? But if you could do that I'd get some cheap Burnett's and eat chicken every single day hahaha. I know, I'm a fvcking alcoholic and it's not good. I read that cooking burns off the alcohol and leaves the flavor but I'm not quite sure if this is true or not.

Hell I could even buy shrimp from my local Costco. Decently cheap, great protein, lots of marinades to play with.

I feel like things are actually starting to look up for me a bit with my grades and my life.

Get your puzzy rate up till your fvcking almost daily or twice a day. Add a woman into the rotation. Your mindset needs to be of getting puzzy is normal and easy and you fvck when you feel like it. Stay ontop your purpose outside of puzzy. The game will be your oyster. You will bathe in puzzy. Your mind will associate ALL women with your situation and they in turn will be much easier for you than before when you used to be "dry"
Staying on the purpose is natural. I'm trying to do everything that I can to fix my terrible life. At least I'm making some forward progress thanks to you guys.

I'll keep on fvcking as much as I can, it'll be good for my technique as well. In the meantime I'll stay on my purpose and confidence building.

Man, I'm telling you, when I learn to do a confident approach with zero fear of rejection... the floodgates are going to open

14 minutes cooks chicken breasts all the way thru. They keep much more of their moisture vs the oven.

For the cooking top get an electric coils one thus no open flame. You can cook anywhere you go.
Interesting. I'll have to give that a shot. So now I should be able to cook this chicken breast pretty much anywhere I go.

I did some research and chicken can indeed be marinated in cheap vodka! It's not really different than an acidic marinade.

I was wondering this because I wanted to take advantage of all the Burnett's Flavors($8 a bottle which could last as a marinade for like a month.) Now, there should be absolutely no way that I get bored with the chicken.

I think I'll pick up some chicken breasts today for dinner. I wanna try this out. No excuse for me to eat out if I have all these recipes. Also: I'm always complaining about the Cafeteria not having Turkey Burgers: I can get my own dang turkey burgers and cook them in the microwave.

But this stuff is just if I need to eat healthy in a pinch. I need to mostly utilize my school Cafeteria so that I can save money. Between beans, chicken, eggs, frozen vegetables, Lean Cuisine, and Turkey Burgers it looks like I have several options at my disposal.

@mrgoodstuff Oh also, one more question, if I'm gonna marinate this chicken in vodka then I still need to add salt, garlic salt, no salt seasoning, and all that fun kind of stuff as I marinate it for a couple hours, right?

Staying Up All Night Responsibility Type Post

Okay guys, I'd say I've been learning a lot about responsibility and how to do it as a student/aspiring professional Don Juan. This has been reflected in me actually passing classes and understanding sh*t for once in my life.

However, I had an issue today that is kind of recurring. After I went to my first class, I fvcking crashed. It's now 1:30 PM. Absolutely CRAZY.

So I'm tabling this issue: right here, right now.

Sometimes I have to pull all-nighters. I'm sure I'll have to do it with work sometimes too considering the line of work that I'll be in.

The best strategy for this kind of stuff in the first place is PREVENTION. That means starting early on absolutely everything, putting priorities first(class), only taking TIMED BREAKS, actually scheduling time in for a social life, and so on.

But sometimes even all that doesn't work and I still have to stay up all night. So here are some strategies that I devised to be able to stay up all night and not crash if needed:

1.) STAY OUT OF THE FVCKING BED, EVEN ON BREAKS. Even setting a timer and closing my eyes doesn't work. I thought it would today, yet I woke up at like 2 PM. I need to be working either at my desk or in a classroom with this type of stuff.

2.) I've found that it's impossible to stay up all night without some assistance. If I'm on a business trip, I need to bring some energy drinks and snacks with me. If I'm at home: I need to walk/drive my happy ass to the gas station to buy some energy drinks and snacks. It's not the healthiest, but when my GPA was high I would go buy chips that were simple carbs such as Rap Snacks. And then with energy drinks I'd have enough energy to get through whatever it was that I needed. Then I could crash later, and throw in some extra cardio so that I could burn off some of those extra calories that I consumed. Another benefit of being in shape. Great music to power through really helped me out as well.

3.) Sleeping during active people hours really doesn't work that well. Someone will throw some sh*t on you at the last minute or you'll just fvck up and miss something important. You need to sleep when you're 100% sure that no one can get you. I'm already seeing how people fly by the seat of their pants and just do sh*t at the last minute so this is pretty important if I want to be responsible and not a glorified fvck up. I have to sleep when the people can't get me.

I reiterate, this is sh*t that I should have learned in high school. But better late than never I suppose, and in the long run I will not be stopped from succeeding.

The tastier my food is, the more likely I will be to stick with my nutrition plan and therefore I'll be more motivated to work out too. It's a positive circle feedback loop type thing.

They even make pre-packaged marinades, which I could use if I'm feeling lazy or non-creative. Lots of fun ways to cook my chicken breast.

But marinating that chicken in vodka like they were talking about in the DJ Bible sounds insanely fun. Hell, if the DJ Bible said it, I'm gonna roll with it. I will let you guys know how it turns out. I wonder if shrimp can be cooked in the microwave too. Really I just need to invest in a skillet if I'm gonna be eating shrimp.

Also I answered my own question. Salt and pepper go with literally anything. So I could get the vodka as a base, and then the salt and pepper in there too. That would make sure it doesn't turn out bland. Depending on the vodka flavor other stuff could work well too. I'm just gonna have to try this out for myself and see how it goes.

Thanks to our discussion imma do similar. Take more time on my chicken breast. Saute in olive oil or cocunut oil and have interesting maranades.

I'm pumped to see how this is gonna come out. I'm gonna try lots of different marinades. Starting with the vodka as a base and some spices. Reddit gave me the a-ok on that.

I like having different flavors of protein powder too so I don't get bored out of my monkey mind

Skipping sleep seriously messes with not only your ability to focus and to be productive, it seriously messes with your hormones! If you want to lose weight, one big game changer is getting enough sleep. Sleep should not be treated as a bonus in life, if and when it happens. Stick to a sleep schedule. Prioritize it. Plan accordingly. You should not be needing to cram your projects and studying in. Break them down into chances of studying and put those chucks into your calendar as not breakable commitments. Get in the habit of getting your projects and studying done before the deadlines! You need to practice that habit so you are trained to deliver that way when it comes to a boss of high paying client. Set proper habits now! Make that a priority!

Regular, consistent, quality, sleep is one of the critical and foundational building blocks, of incredibly productive days, great health, and over all success. Driving on empty gets you no where meaningful.

Quit treating sleep like an annoyance. It is crucial for your health, your mind, and your success. If you want to learn well and perform well on tests, do what is needed to make that happen. Make recharging your batteries the priority it needs to be. Coffee and caffeinated drinks mess with your hormones more! They do not substitute for a good night sleep. You might still be awake but your performance and focus will be far less than your best. Make meaningful choices...not just those convenient to what you want in the moment.

Do you want to build good long term successful strategies for yourself or crappy ones that you’ll have to keep cleaning up after, for a long time to come?

I’d say buying a variety of flavored Burnett’s for your chicken fits one of those goals but not both.

Today was one of the worst days ever for me. Not only did I have no food, but I barely had any sleep either. Fvck. It was awful. I'm slowly but steadily just grinding my body down.

What's a good amount of sleep to get a night, would you say?

Long term habits would be best as I build myself for my professional career.

I ended up crashing and then I woke up to several angry text messages about some sh*t that frat members threw on me last minute. I swear, that's why I can't sleep during normal people hours. I need a NEW SOCIAL CIRCLE... Still building it.

Hahaha you might be partially right. I'm honestly curious though as to if that article in the DJ Bible is true about using cheap alcohol for marinades.

If it is I could make some crazy chicken flavors. I'm honest to God curious lol.

But until I figure it out I'm gonna just use traditional marinades. I was just curious because Burnett's has so many flavors and I thought they may be good on chicken.

I'm Gonna Say It

I know it may not seem like it, but I really don't want to spam post this journal. We just end up getting into really long discussions and stuff comes up in my life where I absolutely have to get it off my chest right this moment.

But I just have to say a few things.

1.) The people and my frat and I are NOT on good terms. I just plain don't like those motherfvckers. I thought it'd be really cool at first, but NO. Well, except for 2. But they're graduating. So as far as I'm concerned they can go kick rocks, I'm gonna learn to dance, get good ass grades, build a new social circle, learn the mumble rap, fvck more women and stunt on them. Yes it's because I'm an Irresponsible Fvckboy. But oh well. I just now understood what it means to be responsible. I'll interact with them on business and nothing else. We don't click. I'm not thugmaxxxed. I like white girls anyway because I'm basically a white black person as people say anyways lol. Some days I feel more white than black but that's a whole nother story

2.) Every time I left SS I failed. Every time I stayed I started to succeed. Had I been here since freshman year of college or even sooner, this sh*t in my life might've never happened.

3.) I realllllllly don't know how I feel about having female friends in my social circle that I'm not fvcking. I hung out with those girls tonight. They're cool. On one hand I had a good time hanging out with them. On the other hand, I don't wanna hear "my man this my man that." I feel like I'm being emasculated even though I fvcked a girl yesterday. Do I keep the friends like Dr. Nerdlove said to enlarge my social circle and then just meet new women? I could really use that cause my goodness I fvcking can't jive with the people in my frat. With a couple exceptions, I DO NOT like those motherfvckers. But on the other hand idk. Should I even have female friends? The manosphere says no. I just don't even know anymore.

4.) I need to learn to keep a girl in my rotation without overpursuing

Guys, I could really use some mentorship on this post... I don't know what to do.

In what way is staying in your fraternity, with men you don't like or respect, helping you now and/or your long term goals?

Sleep 6.5 hours minimum per night. Aim for a bit more.

You realize how silly this sounds? What's 'acting white' mean? Being intelligent? Wearing properly fitting clothing? Giving a damn? So black people aren't supposed to do that, huh...

Sleeping in 1.5 hour increments is best as that's what constitutes a sleep cycle. Walking up off cycle makes you tired. 6 hours is sleep impairment and is the equivalent of being drunk if done consistently. 7.5 makes me feel super human. But again, that's something you need to figure out for yourself. Even if you sleep 10 hours a day, you will still be tired if it's isn't on a schedule.


Given what I said in the other thread about girls as friends, if you still want them as friends, tell them you don't want to hear that stuff. Simple.

Don't hang out with people you don't like. Simple.
