Lying About Rape: Why the Hell is this still a thing?

So this girl at my school apparently got pumped and dumped by the dude she liked. She proceeded to lie that she was raped.

What the heck? Why is this still a thing in 2018? Where’s the common human decency? Could literally ruin peoples lives.

Just wanted to have a conversation and see what you guys thought about stuff like this.

It's the best way to public shame someone and destroy their lives and futur.

Women use it for revenge.

Alot of famous actors/TV personnality/corporate exec/even American Judge-To-Be were accused of rape.

The simple accusation of rape destroys your life, even if its a lie. (look at politicans or media personnality etc)

In alot of case, women who got dumped used rape accusation has way of revenge or just to further their own career.

It's sad but these women who use rape has a political tool are just making the real victim of rape suffer more....

Who's gonna believe Rape accusations now? When 80% of them are just for ''political gain and angry women getting dumped''

In Canada, in Toronto, a famous iranian TV host was accused of Rape by 3 to 5 women he was doing BSDM sex with (the 50 shades of grey stuff)... The Guy lawyer was a Woman too (a bad ass at that).... found out the 5 women actually were the Guy Plates who had just dumped them, these girls plotted to have his downfall... Accused him of Rape.

He was wash/clean of all the accusation and got out free.... but he lost his job, his reputation etc... He went from making 5 millions $ a year and being a ''God'' to a guy on Social Welfare.

Another politican was accused of rape... found out his accuser was a escort he hired to cheat on his wife. The guy was cleaned of all accusations but lost his job... he kept the wife but she was publicly shamed for defending a cheating husband.

A Famous French Director (The Fifth Element, Lucy, Valerian etc.) he was accused of rape by his girlfriend/plate of the last 2 years... the rape accusation came after they ended their relations.

So angry woman are now using rape as a weapon.... the real victim ? The real victim of Rape

Woman still do it because there is no consequences for lying. If a woman faced jail time for an accusation that gets exposed as a lie, these false accusations would stop.

Rape, its common for a 7-10 year sentence.

If a false claim had the same 7-10 year sentence, would women still do it?

If women were added to the sexual preditors list for lying would they still do it?

Like already mentioned. A lie can ruin the guys life. He can lose his friends, family, his career. He gets arrested and dragged through the mud. Spends time in jail/custody before it goes to court. If It comes out she lied. He is set free. Slandered and jobless and society looks at him differently. His life is changed.

What consequences does the liar face? Right now nothing.

Make the the false accusation of rape a criminal offence, then i guarentee angry women who just want revenge will think twice or even thrice before going to the police with a lie.

Some places they are punished. Honestly they should be locked up longer than a rapist so that women will fear making up accusations. Other places, idk they don't care when women do immoral sh1t, that's just how our society is, women just get a pass when men are held accountable.

Women will disrespect you and try to use you regardless. This is why you always try to invest less than them and if they start having a bad attitude just start shifting into taking mode. Most women deserve whatever happens to them.

Women have used it to make money from the court case, that's why. That's the big reason: to make bank. Look what Stormy Daniels is doing, she didn't even have to sue but she wrote a book instead that's gonna fly off the shelves of the fiction section.

But it's a risk for them too. Because if the woman is found later in court to be lying, she will end up paying back a lot of coin to any and all members involved in the defending party.

Or, the correct thing happens in court and the man is found innocent, at which point she's just made a fool of her damn self.
