In Florida, there is no such crime called either one. There is a crime called "sexual battery," which is defined as...

I believe words like "rape" and "sexual assault" are more colloquial terms.

You didn't say so explicitly, but strongly implied it. But the question still stands, why aren't you capable of offering even intermediate level advice after clubbing for 20 years straight?

Who knows? Maybe she was too drunk to realize what was happening right away. Maybe she was initially into it before becoming self conscious about the fact that she was getting finger f**ked in a bar with other people around.
