Thursday - I ended up making out with one the hottest strippers and one of the higher clubs and got her number and we were talking here and there...I’ve ****ed strippers and usually kissing is Big for them and if you can make out with one your in.....texting here and there and within 3 days she goes radio silent.

Saturday at pool party... I hit on one of the hottest chicks at the club and within two minutes of gaming her was grabbing her ass and she was letting me grab it and do whatever I wanted to do with it. I wouldn't even expect to get a HB8 match on OLD. I don't even check it anymore, and tbh even if I did, I wouldn't have time to waste going on a date. I really do work every single day, even Sunday. I'm pretty committed to this house flipping stuff.

Wanting attention and validation from you in the moment vs actually wanting to hook up are very different things.

That is true but for a girl to hook up you need her to want validation from you....and To be clear I am having success at the club scene, i am not complaining about making out with hot chicks, making out is just not really going anywhere in most cases. I am finding Day game to be more effective honestly, but since I don’t have time to day game with my busy schedule at this point I’m not sure what to do. Getting dressed up just to make out and grab some ass? It’s getting old. I’m sure I could go for low hanging fruit but I can’t bang anything below a 7

I agree with you here, actually. Telling people to go to the gym is good advice, but I don't think it's a magic pill. Apparently some guys do view it as a magic pill, and maybe it is, for them. It all depends on what an individual's "game" is lacking.

I would imagine that working on houses seven days a week involves a lot of physical labor. Probably doesn't give you muscles, but probably helps keep you fit, I'm guessing?

It's not physical enough to give me any significant amount of muscle. I try to hire out all the very laborous stuff (tile, etc.) and I interject intermittently when it makes sense, such as...

Heavy electrical, heavy plumbing, a.c. repair, and whenever else it makes sense.

I even pay a premium to have Home Depot deliver things and carry them in the house rather than just leave the pallet(s) out front.

Just having muscles is not enough.

And I'm not willing to spend that much time lifting weights just to attract girls on such a meaningless and shallow level. Flipping houses is much harder than lifting little pu$$y a$$ weights. There's only so much,time in the day and frankly I don't even enjoy lifting weights.

I broke my neck when I was younger. If that happened to someone, they would lose all their muscles by the time they regained consciousness in the ICU.

Truthfully, my life is way more about,flipping houses than about females. I don't even want a girlfriend. I think it's a pointless label. I don't need them for anything, they're mostly just annoying, helpless, liabilities.

Maybe I want to rub wealth in their face and not give them any.

I don't think I lack social skills with women, or anyone. Problem is, I won't treat them with the special kindness, gentleness, or even basic respect that they're accustomed to.
