What if I have no desire to lead other guys? After a certain age, if you still want to go around leading other guys, it's kind of odd. I think the best way to get something done (like get someone to do a good job working for you) is treat them with respect and give them space to do their thing, assuming they know what they're doing.

Lead a girl? Lead her where? That just sounds like a humongous liability and similar to babysitting.

That's why I'm saying it's not so simple. It requires many years to achieve such a level and it's not so easy as many want to make it look like.

It is simple, it's not complicated at all: Repetition and competency.

Doesn't mean it's easy, especially for men whose natural disposition is the complete opposite of someone who is confidence or has a tendency to lead.

Simple, not easy. It will require a lot concentrated effort to develop leadership and confidence skills for those who starting from scratch.

Building a skill is less about deliberating over how you are going to get where you want to go, and more about about taking the first step and recalibrating as necessary. Action is a prerequisite for results.

I don't see anywhere where anybody said or implied it is easy. Like anything worthwhile in life, it is hard.

I was the farthest thing from a leader as you can get when I was younger. Now I tend to lead wherever I go, whether among women or men. This didn't just happen. I worked on my strengths and my weaknesses and eventually found myself regarded as a leader. In fact, people told me that long before I regarded myself as a leader.

At any rate, women crave and need a man with leadership qualities. The man who has cultivated those qualities has a distinct edge in life.
