Push Pull, direct your attention to other chicks, triangulation, are very powerful tools to keep a chick addicted to you. Especially in 2018 where practically every millennial is an entitled narcissist who craves superficial egoic validation like a junkie.

Not necessarily. A lot of it is contextual, as well as being personality and situation dependent. My current plate / quasi-gf has a similar body to the chick in the OP. Thick legs, fat ass, slim waist. The kind of body you can only achieve from years of training. She's been doing martial arts since she could walk, black belt by her early teens. Personally has one of the best bodies I have ever seen. No exaggeration.
Looking at her relationship history all her previous bfs were good looking gym rats but didn't have much else going for them. Of course as we know for women in the 15 - 24 bracket that' pretty much all that matters.
If you have great body (jacked, with six pack) and a good job and a solid social circle and game you are in the top 1% of men. Hot girls are more common than we are. Trust me. Shoot for the moon. You might surprise yourself.

1. Those girls are not worth as much as they think they are. Maybe 1% of what they think they are, if all they have going for them is their body.

Girl in question is the least high maintenance girl I have ever been with. Provided you have high enough value and they arent crazy, hot chicks, contrary to what this site tells you (and apparently your own experience), are suprisingly easy to deal with. They are generally more positive and fun to be around precisely because they've never had to deal with the baggage ugly chicks get handed.
It's all about perception. Women don't mess around with guys they view as scarce unless they are mentally unstable, insecure or have no interest in monogamy. Been with this girl for 6 months now. Zero sh*t tests.
