The Lambo I'm probably buying is about 50 miles away. What a normal person would do is drive out there with a buddy so he can drive my truck back. Maybe give him a little cash.

But I literally have no one to ask. Maybe one of my brothers? Do they even like me anymore? My mom? She might do it.

How is this relevant to pickup? It just is. Because it shows a peak into my social life.

Now I expect several people that don't even know me to respond with a bunch of insults that are way too personal to be appropriate.

Nearly every interaction I have with people is business. That's not to say that I'm not friendly.

I don't expect this to change your mind any, since I know you're aware of it but:
Buying a Lamborghini is pretty stupid, it's a waste of money. Not just for the car, but for gas, maintenance, and insurance.
Especially when you have no friends. It's just going to further alienate you.
I'm not sure that it is going to impress women either, they're probably just going to think it's ridiculous.
I would think it would be better to invest your time and energy into making some friends.

Some guys are car guys, and that's okay, but you're not Jay Leno.

How can you possibly make friends when you can't even take constructive criticism here? You are too sensitive to criticism and you need to figure out why.
I listen to everyone that has proven that I should listen to them.

Most people that give advice on here have no advice to give.

This is what I’ve been saying for years. Dealings with women is just one branch of overal social skills. It’s not the main bulk of it. Improving your social skills in general will increase your success with women because they’re apart of it.

Froggie,

I'm surprised you're buying a Lambo considering you seem to have some astute financial acumen. Cars are the WORST investment a person can make unless you actually deal in classic automobiles which <1% of us do. Cars automatically depreciate the second you drive the off of the lot and continue to depreciate each month/year from there on out. They are DUMB "investments." It's like buying a mutual fund for $100,000 knowing it will be worth $70,000 in a year and $50,000 in two years. Smart, huh?

Plus, whenever I see a guy in some stupid-expensive car it ALWAYS sends the message he is trying to over-compensate for huge character or confidence deficiencies. It will NOT attract the type of women that are keepers.

I still drive a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport and get and keep plenty of women.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Why not rent an expensive car first, to at least test the reactions from women with that car, so there would be no surprises. If it's not what you expect then you can still cancel the deal.

That's my take as well. I have a lot more respect for the "millionaire next door" types.
Like you say, it's a bad investment. But worse, it seems like the main reason he wants the car is so that he can make some sort of status statement with it. I really don't mean this as insulting, but here's a guy who can't get sex unless he pays for it, and doesn't have any friends. And his answer to this is to buy some ridiculously expensive car to show that he's better than everybody. If that's not compensating, I don't know what is. He's trying to protect his ego by covering his failures with a status symbol. Priorities are in all the wrong places. Guru needs to tell him this, since he's the only guy here he respects.

Making lots of money flipping houses is not an easy feat. Takes lots of intelligence and hard work. I don't even like talking about it because so many people want to do it, and it's like I'm spilling gold out of my mouth.

Please show us pictures of all your "babes."

Different things work for different people. And other guys' opinions on what I drive is of no concern to me. I'm supposed to care about the opinions of strangers?

Anyone who's my friend would think it's badass, which it is.

But I will admit... It will definitely POLARIZE. (To quote Mark Manson).

And actually the "solution" is to get really rich. The car is just a way to show that.

Look, dude, it's your life, get the car if you want. But this is a public forum. There's nothing here BUT people's opinions. If you weren't interested in other people's opinions, you wouldn't be posting here. Obviously you don't have to follow them. Maybe you can get a different perspective, if nothing else.

But you're not getting the car because you're really rich, you're getting it because you're taking out a loan. The car isn't symbolising your wealth, it's symbolising the wealth you think you'll have soon.

I think you're better off actually making the money, getting your personality sorted and worry about cars and baubles later. Anything else is just fantasy.

Or, as hundreds of us have already said, RENT the Lambo and see what effect it has.

IMO the reason you keep refusing to rent the Lamborghini (which makes absolutely no logical sense to avoid doing, much lesser investment) is because you know deep down that it'll have a very small, shallow effect on how people (including girls) see you. If any effect at all. But you don't want to admit that to yourself or anyone on here, so you insist you'll buy it.

You said your Dad was a businessman, you've also said you flip houses but also haven't flipped your first house yet. This is all so contradictory...I'm guessing you're a guy who has a trust fund or other extensive source of family money you can dip into to pay for expensive prostitutes. But you haven't yet made your business bones yourself, you're just used to talking a big game (probably because you have to in prison).

You have a veneer of wealth but it's also clear you're inexperienced with normal social interaction and not "rich". Unusual combination for someone who is a business mogul or house flipper - I think it calls it all into doubt, and you need to work on what's fantasy and what's your reality.

It will DEFINITELY have an impact on how they see me. Especially the types of places I hang out like strip clubs and Hooters.

Talk big game in prison? No, I basically read books and traded packets of fish for postage stamps.

I don't have a trust fund, but my dad does lend me money to use as down payments, at least until I have made enough to finance them myself.

My email inbox is flooded with distressed property leads. So ask me in a year how much I'm making per house.
