LOL.

That is still flaking dude.

I used to be hardcore reliable when I was younger and I would never flake on anyone ever. I was also on time for everything. But these days I'm putting my own needs first. I never plan to flake intentionally, but if sh*t happens or I don't believe something is worth my time I will flake and not feel bad about it either.

I have found no negative consequences from flaking so far. Actually, people end up respecting me more.. which is kind of backwards but I'll take it lol.
Flaking is ***** ****. Women flake. It is not masculine when people don’t trust your word.

It’s fine with chicks you haven’t met yet, but flaking on women does lower their interest level in the long run.

Pretty much how it goes. It's about being busy and also prioritizing other things. I don't normally get to the point where I actually flake on a meet-up though, often I'll just get the number and then never follow up because I realize I don't have the time.
Honestly, what busy, mature, adult male really even has time for more than two dates a week?

When I have two dates planned a week, I stop swiping...because I am already performing at maximum capacity. Not to mention all the time required to text and chat to them prior to dating.

If you are a kid in university, then yeah different story (unless it is final exam crunch time season).

Women are only part of my life, they are not my life.

This is an old thread but as it’s here I’ll comment.

I’ve mentioned various times on this forum that I rarely get flaked on.

I don’t flake either...

So what do I do?

I make sure I’m already doing something and I invite her to hang out for half an hour (or less). If she can’t come, I continue doing what I’m doing and call her another time.

If she does and we’re having a good time, then naturally, we both stay longer.

The number one reason why women flake is because the man commits too much too soon and this puts them off. You can’t expect women to give hours of time to someone they don’t know...

Tell her you only have half an hour to spare and if either of you don’t like each other you can both leave anytime. This takes the pressure off and if she has something to do that day she can still do it. But once she shows up proceed as usual.

Out of curiosity, what types of things are you already doing so often (and presumably alone) that are also first-date appropriate?

This girl flaked on me today, she is young 18.

Her excuse was "My mom was really angry at me, wouldn't allow me to go out the house, b/c I was out the house whole day with my friends".

I spoke to her on the phone after, and it did honestly seem like a legit excuse, she did tell me we can meet on Tuesday, and she said is going to 1000000% commit, and also pay for my dinner etc.

I also made her send me three naked pictures as a no show fine.

BUT

It really pisses me off when anyone flops on me. My time is very precious, and I schedule my day:

For instance if I knew she wasn't going to flop this evening I would of had time to prepare a proper steak dinner, and generally be able to efficiently budget my time.

I dont get mad when girls/people flop on me b/c of the "rejection" aspect of it, but due to the fact of my precious time being wasted.

I dont like uncertainty, I like to know what I will be doing tommorrow night, Tuesday night, and maybe even Wednesday night.

Peace and Quiet

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

OP. What's your reason for us to flake...?
I'm generally a loner so running around playing a grand social game sounds like too much work for pssy.
