Been doing nofap for 16 Days. Met a Girl and had great chemistry. But: terribly felt for her after the third date in two days. Felt near to oneitis, if I would not have known about it. Definately had to set my head straight after realizing what was going on.
Is that the downside of nofap? Anyone experienced something alike.

No. If i could speculate though, after 16 days your sex drive is probably higher than its been in a while and you are probably feeling more emotional depth than usual.

Days 1-50 are a bit of a rollercoaster for me, once i hit around day 50 my mind starts working properly and im in full control.

Dont put much stock in things that hapoen in the early days, just consider its part of the process

Yep to get your sexual needs met you HAVE to do something about it. Fapping is such a beta copout. Build your own sex life to the point that porn is pointless.
