So I'm working on selling my marital home to build new. I've spoke to 2 banks, builders and one realtor. I've got the green light to move forward but didn't like the realtor so I asked for a referral.

The bank refers me to this HB8.

Now before an overthinking begins, I get that she is wanting to sell my home to get paid and act accordingly.

But she offered to paint some rooms in the house. And she's been texting me and it could very be nothing but she seems interested.

She comes over tonight for 2 hours. Smokes with me. Tells me she's single, no kids but maintains a professional composure.

I just got back from the state fair so I'm all sun kissed and looking good, dressed nice.

I would have to show the messages and maybe it's nothing but she seems into me and I would definitely throw her down in bed.

Are there ethical boundaries for realtors?

Has anyone heard of realtor/client relations?

If all lights are green as far as go ahead and make a move, any suggestions?

She plans on spending some hours here painting and I'll be here working with her.

Seems like a perfect situation for me.. What do the wise minds on here think?

What is this kindergaten now? Are you seriously asking for permission to rail a hot realtor chick??

Dude, you should have banged her when she was at your house for 2 hours tonite. Definitely make a move on if she comes over to paint and tell her to bring a bottle of wine...if she does without any hesitation you know its on...

Your realtor smokes weed with you?

What the hell kind of company does she work for?

Realtor? Real as opposed to fake? What a ridiculously childish Americanism. Like "fall" for "autumn". Dem leaves fall down. Dem house is real.

Sorry. It's an "estate agent" if you wish to speak correctly.

OP was "sun kissed" but the realtor was un-kissed?

Beware of the Real Estate Closer! OP understands this girl is trying to sell him (about) a $300,000 house and gets a (about) 5% commission ($15,000), correct?

Only once in my life did I ever make an offer on property - and it was 2006 - in Orlando during the housing bubble. They brought me in with all the papers and all I had to do was sign. This HB8 girl came in (back then hot women were more rare) and said "I'm 36....24....36...." with her hands sliding along her hips.

I did not sign. I would have lost $100,000 within 2 years if I had.

She is going to get the commission regardless. Might as well give her a milk mustache or three to go along with it.

Make it the "Sale of the Century" if you will.

Realtor is a perfectly acceptable word to use. Oh you make the linguistic rules for the world apparently?

Who said weed?
Didn't say it, he implied it.

Saying someone "came over to smoke with me for 2 hours" implies its weed. Nobody comes over to smoke cigarettes with someone.

Realtor is a ridiculous word. It has absolutely no relationship to what it means. "Real estate" as a concept makes no sense either. Opposed to what, fake estate? Isn't "Estate agent" far more easy to understand?

Realtor sounds like a word a kid would make up. Like "Skeletor". Why not call pilots "Skytors"?

Don't forget, it's our language. Americans have simplified and bastardised it to suit the huge numbers of pretty much every nationality which makes up the US populous. It's a step up from Pidgin english, but it's still text-speak to us.

Realtor....the tor suffix doesn't work either. It's a car-crash of a word.

Please bear in mind this is a slight troll, I don't really feel this strongly. American english just is annoying. Why not actually just use English instead of making up random words which make no sense. Oh. and you can stop using "zeds" (yes, it's a zed, not a "zee" - another childish phonetic-based word) when you should use an "s".

There's something called an Oxford English dictionary....worth a look. Not that Mirian Webinster comic book of slang.

OP should know better, even if the realtor was a man, I will bet that you get the same treatment and all of the sudden they become your "friend", it's purely business. Do me a favor and walk into a car dealer and look for a female car sales person.
And how bad does the world suck because people are pretending to be nice to people 24/7?

Everyone always has a motive. No one is ever truly nice in this psychotic world we live in. Everyone is fake.

I detect a recent traumatic event with a woman which led you here.
