Surprise surprise my ex has been on my case non stop for 2 weeks now , despite me telling her im moving on with my life

She still persists in ringing me god knows how many times a week and sending multiple messages begging me to meet her

Ive stuck to my guns pretty firmly shutting her down every time

I am happy to say im at that point now where I can take her or leave her , my mind is pretty much back to full strength and I imagine in another month or so I will be looking to collect a new harem of plates although this wont be easy in my current location because im starting to exhaust options

But The thing with plates is that its like finding a new job

Its easier to find one when your already in one ,

given I have 0 plates spinning at the moment im not sure I like the idea of starting from nothing

I was going to say, it's easy to go back there. It's easy to get her to do what you want now (at least for a while). But you know, I bet if you did, the satisfaction would not be the same as before. Use the motivation to go out and meet other birds. I swear you'll be far more satisfied when you get another hotter bird, having held out and not wasted your time on someone who wasted so much of yours.

And use that as the impetus. Every time you are tempted to give in and meet her, just remember those six months that you were together and then she just tossed you aside like it meant nothing.
