I see a woman with an attitude as a woman that I have not charmed out of that attitude yet. Maybe in reality I can't charm every woman, but in my head I believe I can. I've been doing it all my life. I've dealt with b!tchy women of every race at courthouses and government buildings, and I almost always get what I want. They have that attitude because their life sucks, and if you make it suck more, then you are just going to get more attitude out of them. But if you brighten their day with your charm and positive attitude, then they will drop the act and behave like an actual person.

Just last week, I was picking up a door at a warehouse and I had the (white) woman who worked there start almost screaming at me immediately just for standing there and being a customer. And I looked at her and smiled, said nothing but 'yes ma'am' in the politest way possible. We had to walk to the back together, and by the time we got there, she was apologizing profusely and saying she was grumpy because she was hungry. Then the next time I was there, she was flirting with me, rubbing herself against me like a cat.

In any real life situation I will agree. But we're talking about a 911 call here. I don't see why you felt the need to take Tyquesha's side in THIS particular conversation. Devil's Advocate I guess?

It's just another failed attempt to blame MEN for the bullshyt that women do. Some of these guys believe that everything is a Man's fault.

So here with women giving piss poor customer service, this is apparently a Man's fault as well, because if the Man had some super, duper "charming" skills, oh well then the bytch wouldn't be a bytch. Forget the notion that it's her JOB to provide good customer service, to respond to 9-11 calls properly, etc. Forget that notion!

So calling out thug culture is almost akin to attacking the black race in general, and due to white guilt, many white people shun away from doing so.

I usually do my best to charm bad attitudes off off anyone I encounter, and it usually works for me.

Of course you are going to encounter CS reps who are determined to stick to their poor attitude. The only thing you can do in that situation is maintain your frame and give them the respect that they are looking for in the hopes that they will chill.

Im going to guess that when @Bible_Belt referred to charming the bad attitude out of someone, he was strictly referring to the typical CS person, and not an urgent/emergency situation and a 911 operator.

If im on a 911 call and get an attitude that is so poor it threatens to interfere with saving someones life, I would probably hang up and call back and connect with a different operator.

Nah, I'd rather not suggest white people give unsolicited advice to black folks on any of these issues. It's patronizing to say the least. I don't go around telling poor white folks how to lift themselves up out of poverty because it's really not my business.

Damn it, just had a recruiter message me on LinkedIn. So she sent me information on her position and I kindly declined. And damn....once I declined....the "Tyquesha" came out of this black bytch in the quickness.

She turned ghetto, loud, called me a loser, all types of shyt. The company isn't some low budget/start-up either, it's a pretty well known mid-sized organization.

So my question remains, why in the hell do they hire Tyquesha and put her in any position where she has to deal with the public? This chick sounded like she wanted some DYCK and took me turning down the position as turning her down personally

Correct, the thug culture has taken over the majority of the black community in my opinion.
