Is an high value guy's prime comparable to that of an attractive woman's?

We all talk about how men peak later in life and how women peak early, men at some point in their 30s and women at some point in their 20s.

Speaking from the dating game perspective or that of the market place, are the two even comparable?

I don't mean a celebrity but I mean a guy who managed to stay in shape past 30, makes over 150k in salary, and doesn't have baggage like a divorce or anything.

From a distance it seems like the opportunity for fun isn't there as much due to his age and society looking down on men that are not married by that age and it is probably tougher to make friends or social life at that age.

What does so suave have to say about this?

Depends on the categories. Options wise, an attractive girl kills the attractive guy in no question. Flexibility wise, the guy wins because he has to be great in so many categories while all a girl has to do is be attractive which fades with age.

I swear Olly is a chick. Every thread this guy makes is knocking men in some way.

At this stage I can only speculate as to what life could be like at 30/40 but it's true that life has gotten better since graduating.

Outside of college, being a man under 30 is pretty much the worst time to be a man, especially if you are investing in yourself. And it is simultaneously the best time to be a woman, which is why the journey can be somewhat frustrating.

You're at the bottom of the food chain at work, you're broke, time poor and you lack experience in the dating game.

I'm just getting warmed up and yet can say attracting women, albeit not as easy as I would like it to be, is still significantly easier than when I was 23.

Sure @guru1000, @bigneil, @Urbanyst can add something more constructive to the thread given their first hand experience of being high value mature men.

To be honest, I'm not sure I buy into the whole 'you become more valuable with age' argument. I think it is only because now you know how to attract women better and where to find them whereas before you didn't.

But regardless, a high value woman will still outdo a high value man, only in terms of how MANY men want her (or will show that they want her). But of the women who want that high value man, they will love him more so than men who love that 'high value' woman.

You 20somethings have a lot to learn. You will see when you get some years behind you unless you get lazy.

When you are older you know exactly what the positive and negative signs are, so you cut to the chase scene.

I just walked by a beautiful hostess 10 minutes ago. Here was my dialog with a platinum blonde HB9 25.5 years younger.

Me: I haven't seen YOU here...
Her: Yes, I just started back...
Her: Smiling and extending her hand...
Me: What's your name? (shaking her hand)
Her: Amber
Me: What day is your birthday?
Her: (her birthday)
Me: Do you have any tattoos, Amber?
Her: No, I don't like tattoos
Me: I knew I liked you
Her: (beaming)
Me: It was nice to meet you....

(on way out)

Me: So you were born in 1996?
Her: Yes!
Me: You were born on a Sunday (computed in my head).
Her: Wow, that's amazing you can do that!
Me: I know it sounds like a line, but have you done any modeling?
Her: Have I done any modeling? (Blushing) No...
Me: (handing her a photo album of photos I took)
Her: Looking through all excited.
Me: When are you working again?
Her: (her schedule)
Me: See you soon.

My ability to attract HOT women has been pretty consistent from High School until now. The main difference now (in my 30's) is I have a lot more power in these relationships and women show me more respect in general. Dating is much easier than it used to be because I have MONEY for dates, travel, adventure, etc. In my 20's I was very bitter about having to spend any money on women. I would often feel resentment towards the women I was dating who sometimes made more money than me, yet still expected me to spend my limited resources on them.

Hard to say if its more about age or money.. but since women prefer men whom are equal or greater in age.. it makes sense that men would peak in their 30's when it comes to sex appeal. Its the perfect combo of youth, experience and resources. If a guy makes enough money.. this peak can last decades.

Women peak around 22-24.

If you stay fit you can be swimming in 20 something poon till about 50.
What's sexier than a fit 45 year old with a touch of grey hair? As well as having amassed a small fortune, owner of own house, several cars and tons of connections..

You just can't get fat. If you stay fit and you are nice looking now you will still be handsome in your 40s.
You'll probably do better than in your 20s. As a hot "dad" figure is a lot of girls fantasy.

Well yeah, you have more experience, so you're going to be better at it. There's value in that though. The main advantage the younger guys have is the testosterone, and that can mess up their minds just as much as help them.

The reason I was a better catch in my 30s than in my 20s was because I was more experienced, AND I had driven my value up, in almost every way.

Me: Do you have any tattoos, Amber?
I like that you ask this question, shows you are qualifying them. I know it's about your photography though. Just curious: What do you say if they do have tattoos?

Well, I am 23 now. I am not valueless, am working with photography a lot, but still, for a lot of girls, I am still young. Only if dealing with girls 18/19 or younger do I look like the bigger guy. Mentally speaking, I am probably wiser than most girls even aged 25 or up to 30, but they don't perceive like that.

I think most girls under 25 do not understand the "gold" they have in their hands. As they say, when you're born rich, you don't get it until you become poor. On the other hand, guys have the chance to become somebody so if you're somebody before 30, superb for you. If not and you're working towards it, don't lose hope, keep digging.

I will say this: I thank God I wasn't born rich. I had to work as hard as I could for 20 years to get ahead, but in that process I reached the promised land: when you get strong enough that you actually like to work.

I'm pretty sure high value guys have just as much luck with women as attractive women have with men, the difference is that since women are more passive they need to say hi first before the women begin to swoon

Let's say you graph this out.

The shape of the curve would be dramatically different.

A man will become attractive during early puberty (15yrs), and will be at her most beautiful youth around 25 yrs. Let's use this 10 year window to keep things simple.

She can still look good up to 35, but around 45 those eggs are done man. So her best years all happen within a ten, twenty year window max.

A man will hit puberty around the same time but he won't necessarily be attractive to older females until he hits his prime, about 25. If his looks money and status are right, he will be slaying easily at 35. Hell, why not 45. Most guys are gonna struggle around 50 but hell I've seen some ripped ass 60 year olds.

The bottom line is that a man's SMV enjoys a gradual rise and fall which can last up to 40 years while a woman will hit the wall with her youth expiring in 20, 30 years max. She also has an extreme pressure to marry and have kids at this point.

I personally want to be a handsome and wealthy ass bachelor well into my 40's, probably never even marry or have kids.

I think it was Kevin Costner who said the closest thing a man can have, to the power a beautiful woman holds, is fame..

EDIT: Found the quote: "Being a celebrity is probably the closest to being a beautiful woman as you can get."

Glad to read what you write guy but I awfully have to disagree

Im not seeing 35yrs old guys banging hot girls under 25 at all, what I see is a +5 max different age even for one night stands.

Talking about my case which doesnt make much of stats being myself just one, in my late 20s I had much more success with younger hot girls than now globally while now (early 30s) I have girls strongly interested in me but none of which fits my standard in terms of age and look.

I would rather have to put some work to get a fresh early 20s girl than getting green light from night 1 with a girl my age, Im not that "hot" so it could make the difference but overall Im the same average level I've been in the last 10 yrs.

In my opinion wealth is overestimated as asset to get women wet, I would bet on a cute broke 25yrs old rather than a wealthy well dressed 35 yrs old guy to band the cute teen.

No offene to anyone but milfs or just women my age hardly get in my radar.

Anyway Im glad to read your feedbacks and suggestions here to make sure Im not doing anything wrong.

I agree 100% with this post.

For most women, it's game over at 35
And for men it's 45 (as far as attracting younger women 10-15 years are concerned)

I didn't start doing good with women until late 20's (getting attention from women my age down to early 20's)

At 35, an 18 year old co-worker had a crush on me and one time on train a bunch of young chicks right out of high school were like "we really like your coat sir".

This stuff DID NOT happen to me 15 to 27 at all.

Now at 40, I still get looks and checked out by women as young as 25!

But as somebody else mentioned, you MUST be physically fit!

Seems legit. Especially the last part.

Age as a man gives you so many advantages.

  • Wealth. The majority arguing this doesn't make a material difference likely don't have it. When you can drop money on a week in Mauritus, a night in Paris or bottle service in a club WITHOUT IT HURTING, you will see the calibre of women surround you improve. It's the ability to live that fast life and the nonchalance which intrigues women. Girls (especially the hot and young ones) just want to have fun. I am only just scratching the surface of how powerful this freedom is in attracting women.
  • Status. Contextual to an extent. But ties in heavily with the above. Johnny bad boy might be able to make the girls at his local pub wet but he'll be conpletely invisible to others. Fame (unachievable for most) and wealth are the two things that will give you the most universally high status.
  • Power
  • Confidence. You have experience. The games and the behaviour of women should no longer be a mystery. You've achieved mastery over yourself and the women you come across.
  • A better body! May sound controversial but hear me out. Hollywood actors are good examples. Most have better bodies in their 30s than 20s. Look at Chris Pratt, Ryan Reynolds (he's 40). Same thing at my gym. Most people are lazy as fvck. An older man (if he isn't shackled with kids or a high maintenance wife) will have the time to work out and the money to hire a personal trainer and nutritionist (or atleast buy better quality food). Combine this with the fact real muscle takes YEARS to build and it's not a surprise most men have the potential to look better in their 30s than earlier.
This basically turned into a "Money matters" post but I don't see how you can separate a man's age from this.

This is actually quite amazing that this happened today, since we are on the topic.

I went to gym just about an hour ago and noticed a guy who looked AT THE VERY LEAST 45 years old talking real close to a hot chick who could be anywhere from 25 to 32 (hard to tell). I thought it maybe was his daughter, until I saw them kiss on the lips and that answered my question.

Anyway to my point and what other have mentioned on here......the guy was in VERY GOOD SHAPE, had the physique of a guy in his 20's, 30's.....he was 6'2" and Jacked! Moral of the story once again, STAY IN SHAPE if you want to pull younger women 10, 15, 20 years younger! To quote Jesse Spencer, "woman want an older man with a young mans body"

Men value sex & most men are lazy. No, you will never, ever, ever have as much ease of access to sexual opportunities & passive attention as a woman in her prime.

But, if you put in the work, you'll have far more agency than a hot girl in her prime--you'll have greater ease of mind, a greater ability to influence your social environment, you'll have a greater level of control over your emotional experience of your environment & yourself.

You also have to account that, just by the nature of hypergamy, that you will have (in your experience) far better sexual options than a hot girl will (in her experience). There are far, far more attractive, young, fertile girls than there are cool guys who really know how to press a girl's buttons. I'm friends with a lot of girls--in their experience, most guys turn out to be either clingy/bad in bed/boring and the small minority of guys who are exciting/good in bed/independent don't stick around & usually leave some emotional trauma in their wake. You can rail on female entitlement but that is their experience: Imagine taking a hot girl to bed and when you woke up in the morning she magically transformed into a clingy fattie--that's what it feels like to them.
