I love to gamble lol..

I'm starting to notice that I get approached by women a lot at the casino's, women; some average some hot approach me and some are VERY touchy feely. They do this whether I'm by myself or with someone. I'm just not sure exactly why.

Had one that was very flirty, talkative and she even rubbed my chest but the female I came with wasn't having it and they almost got into an altercation. She was a very cute redhead, she mentioned that she had a room and you could smell the alcohol on her breath, but she was hot!

Had another one even point blank ask me back up to her room which I declined she had a nice asss but ugly face. Sometimes its annoying, like last week one came up to me right when I thought I was about to hit a jackpot, she damn near sat in my lap, but I think she could tell that I was annoyed so her and her friend walked off..

The most interesting one happened two weeks ago and it involved this hot blonde with a body out of this world! I was sitting on the opposite side and she kept glancing around the corner over at me every time my machine made noise like I was about to hit a jackpot or something, but she was with someone.. Finally she came and sat beside me and started making small talk.

After about ten minutes the guy that she was with came and introduced himself and made sure to tell me that he was her fiancee and that they were getting married, blah, blah, blah, blah.

I just wished them well looked at him and said "good luck". After that I left because some guys will start altercations over these females that's not even worth it. And since I like gambling so much, I don't want any trouble or get put out over some nonsense and getting put on the blacklist and barred with no entry.

Anyway, either casinos are a good place to meet women (prostitutes?) Or these women want free and easy gambling money.

Anybody else have similar experiences?

I cannot know for sure, but I have an idea. Maybe some portion of them are there on vacation etc. and since nobody knows them they can be more sexually aggressive without being branded as slvts. There would be no social risks.

They could also be prostitutes and you won't know before you're in a room with them. Easier to convince customers to buy sex if they're already in the room than on the casino floor. Seduce, bring to room, seduce some more and whoops it wasn't free. You can't just ask of they're prostitutes either, it probably won't go down well if they aren't.

I'm thinking a combination of those two types would be most likely encountered in a casino. I have zero experience with this though, it's just what would make sense to me.

Yep, I asked my drummer and he said the same thing you said, I think you're right on the money, the ploy is to get you to the room, then make the sale, lol.

What I'm starring to wonder, as I haven't considered it before is if they have undercover cops at these casinos. I mean logic would dictate the answer to be yes I guess.

^ This, I guess what's bugging me about it is the fact that I've never really thought about it until that last incident, I mean I'm in my late forties but I actually feel a little naive about matters like this. Not to say that I'm unattractive either, because I've had many women tell me other wise. But I don't want to come off as bragging but most say I'm very handsome. But, still these women are very forward, so I started to consider that they are pros.. Hadn't thought of the pimp angle. I definitely don't want to get robbed either!

But yeah it's happening so often that I even started to wonder if I was unintentionally signaling to them that I'm available, because like I said it happens whether I'm alone or with someone.

And I guess since I gamble strictly for the thrill of it, I've never considered the ramifications and to be completely honest even the other part you mentioned about taking them back to my room. And again thats just not me, I would never meet a random stranger and go straight to sex like that, its not really my style.

But you made me curious about something how do women make the determination that a man is single and available. I mean absent a ring or companion walking beside me what type of things would make a woman come to the conclusion that I was single or even a MARK?

Vegas is like New York in that tourists stick out like sore thumbs. They wander around, pull the one arm bandits, typically dress like they just went to a Jimmy Buffet concert and may sport athletic shoes & fanny packs. I hope this is NOT you.

Aimless wandering is also a dead give away.

Always be dressed sharp, even if casual, and move briskly like you know where you are going. Avoid machine gambling. Card games & odds games are more fun, blackjack & poker actually involve skill and the call girls and escorts would have to disrupt what you are doing at a card table, which the pit bosses will discourage.

Do you look & act like a tourist or the locals?Assimilate like the locals in dress, manner and presentation & lots of this recognition of you as a target will diminish.

No, I don't wander around aimlessly, I am a very polished and refined gentleman. Smooth and suave body language is something I mastered years ago as I am forty nine years young lol. However, most people say I look much younger.

I have my favorite games. And I dress very nice, casual but nice, I'm friendly but keep to myself. I'm glad you mentioned poker and black jack, I like deuces wild video poker too, not quite there yet but I'm learning. Are those your favorites as well?

Btw, are we the only people on this forum that have ever gambled? I find it a little odd that not too many people here have responded. I don't expect us to all be monolithic creatures either, but I know backbreaker gambled or at least bet on horses, right?

It's funny. I actually do not gamble. I will bet ponies on rare occasions as I used to follow horse racing pretty closely.

I have friends that gamble on occasion and who have had success at poker or blackjack.

But Vegas is hard to beat if you enjoy live entertainment, good food, good libations and night life. Rod Stewart is in residence there for example among others, there are good shows, museums, an art scene, and all the perks of a metropolitan area plus you have great hiking and some winter sports nearby and great golf, leisure and spa offerings. There is world class shopping, and away from the strip it's a pretty clean city now.

A while. But haven't played in the last few years. So so I guess. I'm better at craps than blackjack, and craps is more fun than blackjack. I'm one of those goofs who scream and holler while I play.

I'm such a square about betting that I'll figure out who I think is best to win (using information like stats from the Daily Racing Form as well as what are the bloodlines, who are the jockey & trainer...)

Then I'll bet a $2 show ticket because a show ticket pays if your horse wins, places or shows. Top 3 finisher. Boring right? But I hate losing money. Last $2 show ticket I wagered paid me $21 at the window. 70-1 long shot nobody knew with breeding & training and stat sheet showing the horse would like the race conditions assuming he was having a normal outing. My horse won. Would a 2K bet that paid 21K been cooler? Sure. But to lose 2K altogether would have been intolerable.

So I keep the amounts small & focus on % return. IF I play at all, which is rare.
